Therefore, both Michael and Alex ran off after Andy with Joey and Sam remaining close to their vehicle.
“I have a bad feeling about this.”
“Is there something troubling you, Joey?”
“Yes, I think Hwoarang may come back with backup.”
“Yes, I have that nasty feeling too.”
“I will keep the engine running.”
“Good idea.”
Joey therefore hops back into the Patriot jeep and starts it up and she like Sophie has the authority and license to drive a vehicle.
“Okay, we are all set.”
“Yes. I wonder...”
At that moment, Andy chases Hwoarang as far as Liverpool Street when Hwoarang make a quick turn left and disappears around the corner of the fast food place called ‘Hungry Jacks’, which now opens 24/7.
“Damn...That Hwoarang sure runs fast.”
Andy stops for a brief moment to catch his breath as he could someone calling out to him from behind.
“Hey, Andy!”
“Andy, wait up!”
Andy glances back to see it was his two best buddies, Michael and Alex.
“Guys, what are you doing here? Don’t think I am grateful.”
“You know we cannot let you go on your own.”
“Come on, Michael...I can handle 10,000 thugs myself.”
“The three of us have been together through thick and thin...I say we stick together.”
“Okay, whatever you say, Alex.”
“Thanks, Andy.”
“So, Andy...Where did Hwoarang go?”
“Well, he turned left at the street up ahead and I don’t know he may have run off a long way by now and had you guys not called for me then...”
“Okay, okay...We are sorry.”
“Wait a minute.”
“What is it, Alex?”
“Did you remember something about Hwoarang calling for some cavalry?”
“Yeah, I did.”
“Me too.”
“So, I say we proceed with caution.”
“Okay, let’s go quietly.”
The three good buddies then head around the corner to the east side of Liverpool Street when suddenly they saw a sightseeing double-decker bus roaring down the street heading towards them.
“There they are, boys! Let’s get them!”
“YEAH!”
“GET THEM!”
“Hey, Forest! Drive faster!”
Eventually, Forest Law, son of Marshall Law was the driver and Hwoarang paid him one thousand dollars to be their driver for this little trip.
“I have already got this floor, Hwoarang.” uttered Forest using the bus’s intercom as this reached Hwoarang on the open upper deck loud and clear.
“Copy that!”
“Oh, crap...Let’s run, Michael, Alex...”
“Yeah, Andy! Let’s run!”
“Don’t look back, guys!”
Therefore, all three of them run back the way they came as Hwoarang and his gang roared in laughter and throws water bombs at them but Hwoarang tells them to stop wasting their arsenal as they were out of range.
“Save the water bombs for later, boys!”
“Uh, okay...You are the boss, boss!”
Hwoarang then sense Forest is slowing down and uses the intercom to tell him to speed up.
“Why are you slowing down, man?”
“There’s a red light up ahead.”
“Red light, my ass...Punch through it. I will pay for the fines.”
“Okay, don’t say I didn’t warn you.”
Forest then puts his right foot off the brake pedal and presses down hard on the accelerator as the double-decker bus roars forward smashing through cars and scaring off pedestrians. Forest feels uneasy as he then makes a fast right turn at the intersection in conjunction with a red light with cars and other vehicles stopping and skidding their brakes as some slams into the rear bumpers of each other causing mayhem. Andy glances back as he, Michael and Alex run back to where Joey and Samuel were.
“Those maniacs! Are they nuts or what?!”
“Come on, Andy...Don’t look back.”
“No need to tell me twice, Alex.”
“Okay.”
Samuel meanwhile could now see their friends were running back towards them.
“Joey, they are back.”
“What’s up? Have they got him or...”
“I don’t know...Give me the binoculars. They are in the glove compartment.”
“Sure.”
Joey then opens the glove compartment of the vehicle and takes out the pair of binoculars and gives it to Samuel.
“There you go.”
“Thanks.”
Samuel then uses the binoculars and takes a look as he could see Andy, Michael and Alex approaching them and they looked quite worried and anxious about something.
“Hmm...Something is wrong.”
“What’s wrong, Sam?”
“They look worried and anxious.”
“Well, something is wrong.”
“HEY, SAM! JOEY!”
“PREPARE TO START THE ENGINES!”
Samuel then quickly gets in as they wait for Andy, Michael and Alex to arrive, as Joey could not believe her eyes that a large double-decker bus was heading straight towards them.
“Is that...Hwoarang?”
“Yeah, I can see him. Hwoarang and his gang.” replied Samuel seeing him through his pair of binoculars.
“Okay, Joey...Get ready to drive out of here.”
“Roger.”
Sure enough, Andy, Michael and Alex hops into the Patriot jeep and Alex being the last one shuts the door behind him.
“Go!”
“Floor it, Joey.”
“Understood.”
Joey then makes a fast turn down the street and turns left at Bathurst Street as Hwoarang follows them on his double-decker bus.
“Don’t let them get away, boys! Forest, faster!”
“Aye!”
Forest steps hard on the accelerator as he makes a fast right turn and gives chase after them. Andy glances back and tells Joey who was driving to pick up the pace.
“Uh...You better step on it, Joey!”
“I know, Andy!”
Michael then spots something it doesn’t look good at all.
“Uh oh...They’ve got guns.”
“Guns?”
“Sam.”
“Yes, Joey?”
“Prepare to engage the bulletproof shield.”
“On your mark.”
“We have a bulletproof shield in his vehicle?”
“Yes, Sean installed it, Andy.”
“Really? Good for him.”
“Okay, now.”
Samuel presses the button that activates the bulletproof shield as it slowly comes up and shields the rear of their vehicle but this blocks Joey from looking at the centre rear mirror but however she presses a button under the CD player and a small LED screen appears and it shows exactly what she needs to see of what is behind them.
“Okay, LED screen is up and running.”
“Wow, that is cool.”
“Now we can look at the rear through this, Andy.”
“Let me guess...Doc installed that too?”
“Yep.”
“Gee...What else does this vehicle concealed?”
“Well, look under the driver’s seat, Andy.”
“You sure, Sam?”
“Trust me, Andy...I think it may even the odds a little.”
“Uh, okay.”
Andy therefore bends down and looks under the driver’s seat and he eventually feels something underneath it.
“Okay, here’s something.”
“What is it?” asked Alex sounding curious.
“You got me, Alex.”
“Well, let’s pull it out and see.”
“Okay.”
Andy then pulls it out and much to his surprise it was a Mac 11 machine gun and inside was a full clip.
“Whoa...Now we are talking.”
“Is there any more guns onboard?”
“Well, let me see.”
“There are two Smith and Wesson guns in the glove compartment, Sam.”
“Of course...I remember catching a glimpse of them.”
Samuel then promptly opens the glove compartment as Joey makes a sharp right turn from Bathurst to Elizabeth Street as Andy was a little uneasy with Joey’s kind of reckless driving.
“Hey, Joey.”
“Yes, Andy?”
“Could you go easy on the sharp turns?”
“I will try.”
“Here, Mike...Alex. Take this and use them to good effect.”
Samuel throws both Smith and Wesson guns to Michael and Alex as they check its ammunition clip.
“Okay, Alex...The two of us both has got six bullets.”
“Well, Mike...Then we do not waste a shot.”
“Make them count, guys.”
“Got it, Sam.”
“Leave it to us.”
At that moment, Hwoarang orders his men on the upper deck to fire their guns as they were armed with Colt 45 pistols.
“Boys, give them the works! Blast them!”
“FIRE!”
A couple of Hwoarang’s thugs open fire as most of their shots hit their vehicle but fortunately the vehicle was bulletproof and the shield provided excellent protection.
“Uh, boss?”
“What?”
“They’ve got something protecting them!”
“Then give me the shotgun.”
“Shotgun? We have only one aboard.”
“Then that would be enough, idiot! Hand it over!”
“Right away.”
One of Hwoarang’s thugs then hands Hwoarang a Chromed Shotgun as he loads it up with shotgun shells.
“Okay, let’s prove why Hwoarang is the big bad wolf around these parts.”
Hwoarang then takes aim and fires as his first shot hits the middle of the bulletproof shield.
“Damn it!”
“Aim for the tires, boss!”
“That is what I am trying to do, pin head!”
“Uh, sorry.”
Hwoarang fires again and again as Joey looks at the LED screen and can tell Hwoarang was showing his mean colours.
“He’s gone off mad…that Hwoarang.”
“Time for us to fight back.”
“Yep.”
“Be careful.”
Andy opened the windows on the right side as he then pokes out and aims his Mac 11 sub-machine gun at the approaching double-decker bus.
“Hold it steady, Joey. Hold it steady.”
“I am.”
Michael pokes his head out the left side after opening them and takes aim with his Smith and Wesson pistol.
“Fire!”
“Fire!”
Andy and Michael open fire as Forest had to maneuver the large vehicle side to side to avoid being hit but this made Hwoarang and his gang members in the lower and upper deck of the bus lose their balance with some falling out of their seats.
“Whoa.”
“What was that?”
“Hey, Forest!”
“Yeah?”
“Don’t do that again, okay?”
“Okay.”
“Boss, they are returning fire!”
“Then give them the works, men! Give them the works!”
“Aye aye!”
Hwoarang’s men then open fire with their semi-automatic pistols as Joey makes a sharp turn at the intersection up ahead and goes down Liverpool Street where she makes another sharp turn left towards Hunter Street. Forest catches sight and follows suit after them at high speed. Joey eventually realizes that they cannot play chicken with the enemy forever as they need to figure out a way to get them off their tail.
“I think we should ditch the enemy. Don’t you think so, Sam?”
“I agree...Guys, what do you think?”
“Yeah, I agree.”
“Michael, Alex?”
“Me too.”
“Me three.”
“Okay, we need to find some way to ditch these guys...” began Joey as she had an idea when she makes a sharp left turn down Hay Street and goes through a red light at the T-intersection back on Elizabeth Street itself.
“What the...”
“I think I know what you have in mind, Joey.”
“You know what I am doing, Sam?”
“Without a doubt.”
“So, are we going to shake them off?” asked Andy as he pops back inside the vehicle and checks his ammo clip. “Okay, a few more shots to go.”
“Hate to be the bearer of bad news, Andy...There’s only one clip for that.”
“What? Just this?”
“Precisely.”
“Damn...Okay, I will go easy on the shots then.”
“You intend to lure them east, right?”
“That is clever thinking of you, Alex.”
“Well, it seems logical...Luring the wolves into the pack of dogs much like I did before.”
“Correct.”
“Let’s hope Paul and his buddies are not going to attack us first.”
“Not to worry, Michael...Once Hwoarang and Paul get together they will fight without knowing we were even there or something like that.”
“I certainly hope so.”
“It will be all right, Andy...Trust me.”
“Okay, Alex...Since you are one of my best buddies I do not doubt you.”
“Thanks, glad to hear it.”
“Okay, Joey...Take us to the King’s Cross area.”
“With pleasure.”
Joey then takes the Wentworth Avenue and head up to College Street as Forest was only twenty or so feet behind them.
“They are going fast.”
Hwoarang comes down from the upper deck and stood beside Forest who was concentrating on the driving.
“Hey, Forest...What did you say earlier?”
“Well, I said that they are certainly going fast.”
“Blah...They will never outrun our bus.”
“Indeed.”
“Floor it. Remember if we get them then I will double whatever I was going to pay you.”
“You mean it?”
“Sure, sure.”
“Okay.”
Hwoarang then heads back up topside and barks to his men to open fire again as they need to slow their enemy’s vehicle down.
“Slow them down, boys! I don’t care how you do it!”
“AYE!”
The chase goes from College Street to William Street as Joey then takes Crown Street and heads down to the south before she takes some alleyways and head back out again. Forest had some trouble keeping up with her but he eventually manage not to lose sight of her.
“Whoever that driver is...He’s good.” said Forest to himself not knowing the fact the driver of the vehicle they were going after was not a man but a young girl.
Andy, Michael and Alex pop a few shots out from their vehicle as they were running low on ammo.
“We are almost out.”
“We need to lose them, Joey!”
“I know, Andy! I know! Let’s head down to the Woolloomooloo area.”
“Why that area?”
“I don’t know...My gut tells me to do so.”
“Your gut, Joey? Oh, okay...Whatever you say.”
“Glad to hear it, Andy.”
“Let’s floor it, Joey.”
“Aye, Sam.”
Joey presses down on the accelerator as she heads up William Street and head straight for Darlinghurst Road. Some of Hwoarang’s men were worried that they were literally venturing deep into ‘dog’ territory.
“Hey, boss...Those kids are heading straight for that mad dog, Paul Phoenix’s place!”
“Yeah, we should let them go and call it quits, hey?”
“You must be joking! I am not going to be defeated by the likes of that Alex Choi and his equally annoying friends. Forest, after them!”
“Aye aye, Hwoarang. I can only hope I am not seen by Paul and his buddies or he will tell father and who knows what he will do to me.” said Forest to himself anxiously as he had a thought bubble of what shall happen if Paul finds out he brought Hwoarang to him and his father was mad with rage and like a dragon he breaths out stream from his nose and breaths out fire.
“Man, I do not wish to know.”
Eventually, Joey drives along the road and literally was near the borderline between Wylde Street and Cowper Wharf Roadway where suddenly Andy smells something terrible that he clutches his noses.
“Oh, man...What is that awful smell?”
“I think that is...The thing we all hate. Right, guys?”
“Right you are, Sam.”
“Indeed.”
“Joey, you knew about this?”
“Well, not really...But I know coming here does have its advantages.”
Alex glances back and sees their pursuers are coming towards them at top speed.
“Hey, Joey...We should keep moving a little faster.”
“Okay, hang on tight.”
Joey drives swiftly down the road and finally goes onto the Cooper Wharf Roadway but where they reach the T-intersection up ahead they were forced to stop as a large truck backs into a driveway, which allows Forest and Hwoarang to catch up.
“Ram them, Forest! Ram them down!”
“Aye!”
Forest then rams the back of the patriot pushing Sam, Joey and the others forward.
“What the...”
“Floor it, Joey! Quickly now!”
“I am trying.”
Eventually, the truck before them has back fully into the driveway, which allows Joey to step on the gas pedal and speed off with them all managing to get a certain distance away.
“That’s done it.”
“They are getting away, Forest...Floor it.”
“Aye aye.”
Samuel then sees something up ahead as there was a large crane in the shipping yard to their right and it was hoisting something high up in a large metal container and literally they all could smell it now and it was as bad as ever.
“Oh, man...That stinks.”
“You said it, Joey.”
“Yuck! Don’t tell me that is...”
“It’s manure, Andy.”
“Just hate it.”
“Me too.”
“Me three.”
“What kind of manure is that, Sam?”
“I don’t know, Andy...I do not want to know.”
“Right.”
“So, Joey...Is this your plan to slow down the enemy?” asked Alex.
“What makes you think so, Alex?”
“Well, just curious.”
“If you wish to use that to slow them down, Alex...It’s now or never.”
“Right...Andy, Mike.”
“Yeah?”
“You with me?”
“Right to the end.”
“Yeah, to the end.”
“Okay, let’s go out and aim at the metal container.”
“Aye.”
Sure enough, all three of them lean out of the window as the smell of the manure was worse as Joey was driving closer.
“It is getting worse now...That awful smell.”
“I don’t envy you, Andy...It must smell like the sewer or perhaps it smells just old sneakers mixed rotten eggs with dead fish and so forth.”
“Gee...Nice sarcasm there, Mike.”
“Just proving my point.”
“Look, there’s a working convoy ahead, Sam...It’s Paul Phoenix and his biker gang.”
“For real, Joey? Ho ho, this would be perfect for Hwoarang and all.”
“That’s right, Andy...He is for one heck of a surprise.”
“Hear, hear.”
At that moment, Hwoarang along with his men could smell it too as Hwoarang wonder what that awful smell was.
“Gee, what gives?”
“Boss, that smells like shit.”
“Yeah, bad shit.”
“Keep together...We cannot let that stop us. Now, blast their vehicle to bits.”
They at first hesitated but obeyed and open fire on their vehicle as Joey notices that Hwoarang has his men concentrate their fire on the vehicle itself.
“Hmm...This is our perfect chance. It would seem Hwoarang is concentrating on us and not that container.”
“Okay, guys...We are getting closer so it’s now or never.”
“Aye aye, Sam...Ready, guys?”
“Ready, Alex!”
“Okay, aim for the cables.”
“Aim for the cables.”
“And...NOW!”
Sure enough, Alex, Michael and Andy open fire as their combined efforts manage to sever the cable holding one side of the large metal container as Joey roars pass Paul Phoenix’s transport convoy.
“What the hell?”
“Aha...We got those kids now, boys!” shouted Hwoarang as Andy realizes their shots weren’t enough to make the cable snap.
“Darn it. It didn’t snap.”
“Give it a second.” replied Alex remaining calm as truth to his word, the cable the three of them shot together snaps off and one side tips down as at the same time, Hwoarang’s double decker bus was right underneath it. Hwoarang and his guys on the upper deck then senses something and they look up and they were speechless to see and smell of what was going to fall on top of them.
“SHIT!!!”
“Forest, stop the bus! STOP!”
It was too late as the large pile of manure lands right on top of the bus itself as the amount of it literally buried the vehicle itself. Paul, Bryan and Marshall Law were stunned as they and their men move to check it out. Joey stops the vehicle at a short distance away as she, Samuel, Alex, Andy and Michael were most pleased and rather amused of the outcome.
“Well, I have to say that went rather well.”
“Indeed.”
“Yeah, we sure show them...Right, guys?”
“Indeed, Andy.” replied Michael with a smile on his face.
“Alex?”
“I am fine too, Andy...Let’s go back to school.”
“Yes...Let’s head back right away.”
“Pedal to the metal, Joey.”
“With pleasure, Sam.”
Joey then drives off and takes the Cahill Expressway back to Milson’s Point as along the way, Samuel receives a call on his cell phone.
“My phone is ringing.”
“Who might that be?” asked Andy sounding quite curious.
“Well, let me see.”
Sam takes out his cell phone and sees the caller ID.
“Ah, it is none other than Chris.”
“Chris?”
“Wonder what he wants...Hello, Chris?”
“Sam, we are back at the school. Where are you?”
“On route now...ETA in five or so minutes.”
“Fine...I trust you guys manage to lose your pursuers?”
“Uh, in a way.”
“You can debrief to Mr. Mishima when you come back.”
“Certainly...Later.”
Samuel then puts his cell phone back in his pocket.
“So, what was that about?”
“Our classmates and Mr. Mishima are already back at the school.”
“Well, that’s good.”
“Yes, but we now have to carry out a proper funeral ceremony for Simon.”
“It is the appropriate thing to do, Right, Sam?”
“I hear you, Joey.”
Meanwhile, Paul, Bryan and Marshall as well as a couple of their bikers head to where the double-decker bus was as it was almost buried in a large pile of manure.
“Man, this stuff stinks even worse when it is right in front of you.”
“I hear you, Paul.”
“Remind me again, Paul...Why we do this line of business?” asked Marshall disliking the whole fact of them running a small business of manure transportation and management.
“Well, it makes good money and we are transporting this stuff to the west and all where the farmers would have great use of this um...This stuff.”
“You mean shit, right?”
“Whatever, Marshall.”
“Gee, it looks like a lot of people are buried inside it, Paul.”
“I bet you can see them, Bryan...You good old cyborg buddy.”
“Take that as a nice compliment, Paul.”
“Thanks.”
Eventually, Hwoarang and a couple of his gang members were not entirely buried under all that manure as literally it was buried up to where their necks were.
“Damn...I hate this shit!”
“Yeah, boss!”
“It stinks, man!”
“I feel...I feel sick, boss!”
Paul then catches sight of someone very familiar that was buried in his big pile of shit.
“Well, I will be damned...Hwoarang.”
“Paul Phoenix! Please be a good man and help me and my buddies out of this!”
“ME? Me help you...So, I am just suppose to help out of the evilness of my heart, right?”
“Technically...Yes! Please, pretty please.”
“Forget it, buddy!”
“Help! Help me! I am suffocating!” cried a muffled voice from the driver seat of the bus as Paul, Bryan and Marshall heard it loud and clear.
“You hear that, Bryan?”
“I sure did, Marshall.”
“Can you scan him?”
“Sure...I can pinpoint his location.”
“Where?”
“About five degrees to the left of where we are standing.”
“Right.”
“Uncle Paul, is that you?”
Paul was astounded as he knew who that was from the sound of his muffled voice.
“It...It cannot be.”
“What is it, Paul?”
“Marshall, you hear that voice? Does it sound eerily familiar?”
“Maybe but...” began Marshall as he heard it as clear as Paul heard it a moment or so ago.
“It...It can’t be.”
“Yeah...Men, get some shovels and some face masks on the double!”
“AYE, PAUL!”
“And might want to have some gloves too...Because it would be a stinky job.”
“Yeah, bring some gloves too, lads!”
“Understood!”
“Hey, what about me and my men? Oh, yuck...I think I swallow some shit.”
“HA HA! Serves you right!” uttered Paul gloating that his rival is in deep shit now.
Sure enough, Paul’s biker goons hand their boss, Paul, Bryan and Marshall some gloves, a facemask and shovels as it was time to help the familiar person that was buried alive in a large pile of manure.
“Okay, it’s a dirty job, guys. But it has to be done.”
“No killing, Paul...Even with this on I still feel sick.”
“Yeah, I know how you feel, Marshall.”
“Just remember not to think about food.”
“Yeah, take Bryan’s advice...Don’t think about food.”
“I will bear that in mind.”
“Okay, let’s dig...Come on.”
Eventually, Paul, Bryan and Marshall gets right into digging out the person that cried out as his voice was quite familiar. Although the three of them were determined and willingly try to get that person out but the smell itself was just intolerable and making them all feel a little sick.
“Perhaps next year I shall quit the manure business.” said Paul to himself as he accidentally dig some onto his nice leather shoes. “Damn, my shoes are ruined.”
“This stuff stinks...I might not be able to eat for a month.” mumbled Marshall to himself as he digs and digs as his clothes were literally starting to get both dirty and smelly too.
“Looking at it makes me feel...bad.” muttered Bryan to himself as he concentrates on digging not concerning about ruining his clothes as he is focused on getting the person in dire spirits out of the pile of manure.
“Hey, can you hear me?”
“Yeah, hurry...I am suffocating!”
“Hang on! Dig, guys! DIG!”
“Okay, Paul.”
“Paul...Wait, are you Uncle Paul?!”
Paul froze for a moment as he knew there was only one guy in the world who would address him as such.
“It...It cannot be.”
“Uncle Paul! Get me out of this shit!”
“Hold on!”
Marshall then knew at once who the voice belongs to. It was his own son, Forest.
“Son? Forest, is that you?”
“Yes, dad...Hurry before I am buried alive in this pile of shit!”
“We are coming for you! Hang on!”
Paul and Marshall dig faster and faster as Bryan uses his cybernetic systems to scan and confirm it was indeed Forest Law and it was truly him.
“Well, it is him.”
“Then help us dig, Bryan! Hurry!”
“Got you, Paul.”
All three dig and eventually manage to see Forest’s hand as he waves at them.
“I am suffocating! Man, I hate manure!”
“Hold on, Forest...Bryan, Marshall. Ready for some tug of war?”
“Okay.”
“Grab hold of my waist, Bryan and Marshall?”
“Yeah?”
“You do the same.”
“Very well...Let’s do it.”
Paul then grabs a hold of Forest’s hand as Bryan grabs a hold of Paul by the waist and Marshall standing behind Bryan grabs a hold of his waist. Marshall then calls for their biker helpers to lend them a helping hand.
“Hey, followers...Get over here! We need a hand!”
“Aye!”
“Coming, Mr. Law!”
The bikers on Marshall’s order grab a hold of his waist and the rest did the same forming a long line.
“Okay, we are secured, Paul.”
“Good, Marshall...Okay, lads! When I count to three yank back as hard as you can! Okay?!”
“OKAY!”
“Good, on the count of three...Pull like hell!
“AYE!”
“One...Two and um...Three! PULL!”
“Pull, lads!”
“Pull harder!”
Therefore, Paul along with his friends and men pull as hard as they could until they manage to get Forest out of the large pile of stinking manure.
“All right!”
“That’s done it.”
“Phew! I am glad to be out of there! I always hate to be buried alive especially if it is manure.”
“Forest, what on earth were you doing with Hwoarang?!”
“Well, I um...”
“Yes, son...I am glad to see you are safe.”
“Thank you, dad.”
“But I am quite concerned why were you driving around with Hwoarang?”
“Well...”
Hwoarang and his men on the upper deck were frustrated and angry that they cannot get out of the large pile of manure by themselves and cries out to Paul and his guys.
“Hey! Do you mind?! Get us out of this shit!”
“Get us out!”
“Get us out, man!”
“It stinks!”
“Oh, I am suffocating!”
Paul and his guys ignored them as Hwoarang tells Paul that Forest was the driver of his little tour.
“Hey, Paul...That god son of yours was the driver of my tour group.”
“Your tour group? I doubt that.”
Although Paul may not be that smart he knows Hwoarang always smirk his face whenever he tells a lie.
“You...You doubt me?!”
“I know you too well, Hwoarang!”
“So, my son...What happen?”
“Well, that Hwoarang hold me as a hostage to be his driver and force me to drive for him going after some of the students from that school and...And we were then buried in a large pile of manure.”
“Aha...I see.”
“Indeed.”
“Forest! YOU! How could you...” began Hwoarang as he was angry that Forest puts the blame on him and to make things worse Forest himself comes up with his own story and tells Paul and his father that he was literally taken as a hostage to drive for them not that he did it out of his own free will.
“You dare to frame me?!”
“It’s fact, Hwoarang! It’s just how things are!”
“That was not the truth! I swear to it!”
“Ha ha...A likely story!” uttered Paul smirking with him folding his arms tightly across his chest.
“Damn you...”
“Dad, Uncle Paul...I swear on my life I will never work with him again!”
“That’s the spirit.”
“Yeah, well said, my son.”
“Thanks, dad...So, can we get out of here?”
“Well, not yet.”
“What do you mean not yet, Uncle Paul?”
“Well, Forest...The police have arrived and of course as a model citizen I have to make a statement.”
“Good...This would definitely put more pressure on Hwoarang and his band of hoodlums.”
“YOU! YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS! I WILL CUT YOU DOWN AND...”
“Hey, Bryan...Shut him up.”
“With?”
“Whatever you wish.”
“Very well.”
Bryan then digs his shovel into some manure and literally tosses it up straight into Hwoarang’s face as he coughs and chokes.
“YUCK! I hate manure! I just hate it!”
“That will shut you up.”
“Yes, Hwoarang...Say another word and I will tell Bryan to toss you another mouthful.”
“Grrr.”
Sure enough, a small police taskforce arrives and Z.W.E.I as he and a couple of his guys quickly move to the scene as Paul greets them with open hands.
“Officers, what told you so long? You know I was just about to call you.”
“We got a call from the residents and workers nearby of a crash and...”
Z.W.E.I and his fellow officers too like their boss finds the smell of manure to be intolerable as they put their hands over their noses.
“Man, this stuff smells really bad.”
“I know...But farmers are fond of this stuff.”
“Well, show me your travel and transport papers...Legal Documents.”
“Uh, Marshall has them...Marshall!”
“Yeah?”
“The legal documents.”
“The what?”
“The documents to transport that stuff.”
“Oh, right here...In my pocket.”
Marshall then gets them out and hands them directly to Paul.
“Here you go.”
“Thanks...So, here it is, Z.W.E.I. I hope this satisfies you?”
Z.W.E.I does not answer back as he was busy reading the papers and checks them out by calling one of his officers over.
“Officer.”
“Sir!”
“Check with Customs Border and Security on this...I want them to send me a reply right away via my phone.”
“At once, sir.”
“So?”
“We will await confirmation whether your story is true.”
“Okay, okay...Fair enough.”
“So, what happen here?”
“GET ME OUT OF HERE! IT STINKS!” growled Hwoarang as Z.W.E.I looks up and still looks cool and collected in the face.
“Well, if it isn’t Hwoarang.”
“Hey, cop...Get me out of here!”
“All in due time.”
“Damn.”
“Commissioner, I have a statement to make.”
“You are?”
“I am Forest Law, sir.”
“Okay...But you may after this change out of those dirty and stinking clothes.”
“Uh, of course.”
“So, what is it that you wish to tell me?”
“Well, I was held hostage by Hwoarang...” began Forest as Hwoarang rudely interrupted him.
“WHAT? That’s a lie! That was...” began Hwoarang as Bryan gave a small cough to catch Hwoarang’s attention and he immediately fell silent and allows Forest to continue with his statement.
“Go on.”
“He forced me to become their tour bus driver and forced me to give chase after some students.”
“Students?”
“Yes, then...” began Forest as he pauses, which made Z.W.E.I wonder if the students were actually the ones from Milson’s Point Grammar Academy.
“Let me ask a question first?”
“Uh, sure.”
“Did you see those students?”
“Uh, no...No, sir.”
Forest reply back at Z.W.E.I with eye contact and he certainly looked calm, which indicates to Z.W.E.I that Forest was telling the truth.
“Okay, tell me what happen next.”
“Well, the cable got snap when those students shot it off and then of course that big pile of shit fall on top of us. Yuck! I think I have lost my appetite for at least two weeks and maybe more.”
“I see...Thank you for your statement. If you have any more questions then call the office.”
“Uh, thank you.”
“Now, it is time to deal with Hwoarang but first...Get him out of that shit. Men!”
“Sir?”
“Get him out of there.”
“Sir, you serious?”
“Yeah, out of there?”
“Yes...Is there a problem?”
“Big problem sir...We have to get dirty and all.”
“Yea, our clothes will be filthy after that.”
“Well, you can take the rest of the night off and I will buy you all dinner if you do this.”
“For real, sir?’
“For real.”
“Right, men...Let’s get to it.”
“Okay!”
Therefore, Z.W.E.I’s officers quickly ask Paul and his guys for lend them their facemasks and shovels as they start digging. Z.W.E.I at the same time, puts out a call to the Police Rescue Team as they will do whatever they can to help Hwoarang and his gang that were still trapped underneath a large pile of shit.
“Well, while we are waiting...Hwoarang, I am here to read your charges.”
“Charges? CHARGES?!”
“Yes, first for holding someone illegally...Shooting at a public place, Destruction of cars and public vehicles.”
“Yeah, yeah.” grumbled Hwoarang angrily.
“Attempt murder of certain pedestrians, destruction of public property and causing a major hazard.”
“I will um...”
“Yes, Paul Phoenix?”
“I will like to lodge a formal complaint against him.”
“WHAT?”
“Yes, Hwoarang hold my god son and force him to drive it right into my um...My thing.”
“Very well...If you like come to the station and sign a statement.”
“I will be happy to do that, Z.W.E.I...I do it as a model citizen.”
“SCREW YOU! SCREW YOU, MAD DOG! When this is over, I am going to...”
“Bryan! Give him the stuff.”
“Wait, wait! I shut up now!”
“Good.”
“Hwoarang, in summary terms...I am taking you into custody. You have the right to remain silent and anything you say may be used against you in the court.”
“Fine, fine...I will come quietly.”
“Okay.”
“Do I have a right to take a shower?”
“Uh...Yes. Yes, you have.”
“Good.”
“Sir...Commissioner Z.W.E.I.”
“Yes, sergeant?”
“The Police Rescue Team will be here in two minutes.”
“Good...Thank you. Carry on.”
“Sir.”
Z.W.E.I then gets out his cell phone and goes straight to his phonebook and dials General Alcazar’s number.
“Hello, Ramon...Yes, I like to discuss something of what happen tonight.”
“I know, amigo...Heihachi told me.”
“Really?”
“Samuel Wong and Joey Houston briefed me on it as well.”
“I um...I see.”
“Think you could come in and we can talk?”
“Perhaps later, my friend...Right now I got some important police work to take care of.”
“Yeah...Good luck with that, amigo.”
“Thanks...I will see you later.”
Meanwhile, back at the school, Heihachi has brought some family feast KFC meals and shares it with the students of class 10A that were out in the city as well as Xiaoyu, Alisa, Panda and Miharu. Heihachi then says something to blessed the memory of Simon Law.
“Let us have a minute of silence to mourn our departed ally, Simon. He was a good man and he shall not be forgotten.”
Samuel himself stands up and adds more of what he wants to say.
“His death shall not go in vain. We shall continue to keep our heads high and continue to fight the good fight.”
“I agree with Sam...I am in. Simon will want us to keep fighting against G Corp.”
“Indeed...Now let us enjoy dinner. Er…Sophie.”
“Yes, grandfather?”
“You feeling okay?”
“I uh...I guess.”
Xiaoyu meanwhile decides that it was time for her to go to bed as she informs everyone that she’s going to turn in.
“Ahem.”
“Yes, Xiaoyu?”
“Grandpa...Everyone. I think I am going to turn in.”
“Already, Xiaoyu?”
“Uh, yes...I feel kind of tired, Michelle.”
“Well, if you feel tired then go to bed.”
“I will, Michelle...Night to you all.”
“Uh, good night, Xiao.”
“Night, Miharu.”
“Xiaoyu, you going to recharge now?” asked Alisa speaking in a technical term.
“Ah, yes...Night.”
“Night.”
Xiaoyu heads off and out of the quiet school canteen eating room with Heihachi and the others all concerned for Xiaoyu.
“Hmm...Something is wrong?”
“I believe I know what, sir.”
“You do, Michelle.”
“Yes, I think the way she find out Sophie is a Mishima it hurts her quite badly.”
“Hmm...I can understand. After witnessing in the past of the Mishima family war she is quite torn and sad.”
“I think Sophie wants to prove to Xiaoyu that she is different.”
“Different?”
“Yes.”
“Sophie?”
“I am eager to try, grandpa.”
“Well, when?”
“Soon? Maybe Tuesday night.”
“Okay, do what you can...But it may be difficult.”
“I will not give up.”
“Good, that’s my granddaughter...Now let’s enjoy the rest of this family meal that I handsomely brought.”
“YEAH!”
Meanwhile, Xiaoyu make her way back to her dormitory room as she makes her way inside and starts to change into her pyjamas.
“What a day...I cannot believe in one night that a whole lot of things has happened. First, Simon Law is dead, Kazuya appears and then Sophie turns out not to be only a Mishima but Kazuya’s daughter. I...I cannot believe it.”
She then turns out the lights and then climbs onto her bed and turns to her side trying to get some sleep but she finds it a little hard since she still is quite sad and down of her long-time friend and crush, Jin Kazama’s death.
“Oh, Jin...Without you I feel bad. Who would protect me from Kazuya? Who will...” began Xiaoyu as she starts to cry out and sobers in her sleep.
“Oh, JIN! JIN, I WILL MISS YOU! BOO-HOO!”
Xiaoyu cries till she slept as a little while later, Miharu and Alisa were just outside as they could not hear Xiaoyu crying anymore.
“She‘s sound asleep, Alisa.”
“I don’t know...She looked um...Sad when she left dinner.”
“Well, maybe tomorrow she will feel better.”
“We have school tomorrow so we should go and get some rest.”
“Indeed...Well, Goodnight to you, Alisa.”
“Goodnight, Miharu...Pleasant dreams.”
“Same to you.”
Therefore, Miharu heads off to her dormitory room while Alisa heads back into hers as the moment she enters she finds Xiaoyu was fast asleep.
“Well, pleasant dreams, Xiaoyu. I hope you feel better tomorrow.”
Alisa too gets ready for bed as she lies down on her bed and plugs in her recharge cable to the power point.
At that moment, all the boys and girls who had dinner with Heihachi were heading back to bed as Heihachi graciously told them that they have school tomorrow.
“Well, off to bed, lads or you and possibly me would be in trouble.”
“Yes, sir.”
“Sophie.”
“Yes, grandpa?”
“Night to you.”
“Goodnight.”
“And I hope you convince Xiaoyu.”
“I will certainly try.”
“Okay...See you tomorrow then.”
“See you, grandpa.”
Sophie heads off back to her dormitory with Shirley accompanying her and Sophie was quite surprised that Shirley was not shredding a single tear of Simon’s untimely death.
“You okay, Shirley?”
“Me? Oh, I am fine, Sophie. I am.”
“I just hope you are.”
“I will get my revenge for this.”
“I know...I like him too, Shirley but remember revenge can lead to anger and hate and possibly to greater consequences.”
“Well, you have a valid point there, Sophie.”
“I too want to make my father for all he has done.”
“Right...So, shall we hit the hay?”
“Hit the sack, you mean?”
“Yeah, big school day tomorrow...Monday, it always gets me.”
“I don’t envy you...We have some practical lessons tomorrow.”
“Right...Physical Education with Mr. Kilik at the last period, Mathematics, English and Science.”
“What’s the remaining two?”
“If I remember correctly...SOR and um...”
“And what?”
“Visual arts.”
“Visual arts?”
“That’s right.”
“Well, I think that would be an enjoyable day for us.”
“Yes...”
“I wonder when are we going to have a memorial for Simon?”
“I don’t know...I forgot to ask grandfather for that.”
“No need to worry, Sophie...You can ask him tomorrow.”
“I will.”
Sophie then goes to the bathroom to take a shower as she was quite sweaty from her battle against her father and Shirley changes from her regular clothes into her nice orange and white pyjamas.
“I am beat...Oh, Simon. I wish you would find peace soon.”
Shirley then climbs onto her bed and sleeps and dreams of the one happy moment she and Simon spend together.
“I will always remember you...Simon dearest.”
Sophie meanwhile comes out from the bathroom and was dressed in her bra and panties and has nothing but a towel over her torso and one over her head as she rubs to dry her hair. She then goes to the wardrobe and grabs her other pair of blue pyjamas.
“What a night...I wonder how is Xiaoyu feeling?”
She then starts to change into her pyjamas and can’t help worrying for her friend, Xiaoyu.
“Maybe I should have told her...She shouldn’t have found out like this.” said Sophie worrying for her friend as despite this she remain emotionless. Once Sophie was in her pyjamas she puts her towels back on the towel rack in the bathroom and climbs onto her bed.
“Father...Let us settle this once and for all. Let this Mishima war end and a new age shall be born...The devil shall pay for his crimes.”
