Tekken: Rise of the Angel: Chapter 10

Therefore, Carreidas and Alcazar closes the door behind them as Alisa goes over to the box they had left behind and looks down to see if there was anything else inside.
“Hey, look at this, Xiaoyu.”
“What is?” asked Xiaoyu as she was unwraps the bubble wrappings on her new green coloured uniform.
“The floor plans of the school...Well, they are not really to scale.”
“I will bet.”
“Yes, I will scan this and put it in my database.”
“That’s a good idea.”
Xiaoyu then heads over to the kitchen and checks out if there was anything in the refrigerator.
“Well, let’s see if there’s anything in here.”
She opens up the fridge and much to her surprise there was something in it but not much.
“Well, I will be damned.”
“What is it, Xiaoyu?”
“Oh, just a few bottle of natural spring water and...”
“And?”
“Some chocolate and protein bars.”
“I see...Could you pass me one?”
“Uh, okay...A chocolate one or a protein one?”
“Oh, any would do.”
“That’s right...You don’t anything as you are a robot and what you consumed and stimulated.”
“You are absolutely right, Xiaoyu.”
“Well, I guess I do have the brains sometimes.”
Xiaoyu grabs two chocolate Mars bars out from the fridge and afterwards she closes it behind her.
“You like a Mars bar?”
“Of course, Xiaoyu.”
“Here, catch.”
Xiaoyu throws it to Alisa who with expert reaction skill catches it with her hand.
“You know what, Xiaoyu...I think we should try those uniforms on.”
“Hear, hear...I cannot wait to get started. I can see already this is a great school. It’s just...Top of the line.”
“I agree.”
“I hope the teachers and students are nice.”
Suddenly, someone knocks on their door and Xiaoyu strolls over and literally opens the door.
“Hello?”
“Hello, girls...I am Maxi, the school head prefect.”
“Oh, hi...I am...”
“Ling Xiaoyu and Alisa Bosconovitch, yes?”
“That’s right. How did you...”
“Well, the general informed me about you and all.”
“Ah, I see.”
“Anyway, if you need anything and need my help then don’t hesitate to ask either myself or one of the other prefects.”
“Uh, okay.”
“Anyway, Mr. Carreidas wants me to give you something that would help you know which class you both have been assigned to.”
“Really?”
“Yes...Here you go.”
Maxi then hands the sheet that was folded down over to Xiaoyu as Alisa strolls over to have a look as well.
“So, this is...”
“The names of the students with the homeroom teacher’s name on the bottom.”
“Oh, thank you.”
“Later...Looking forward to see you tomorrow.”
“Until then.”
Maxi takes his leave as Xiaoyu closes the door behind them.
“Well, let’s have a look at our new fellow classmates.”
“Yes, who are our classmate buddies?”
Xiaoyu folds up the sheet of paper and looks at the names on it and she was flabbergasted and speechless when she saw a few names that eerily familiar to her.
“I will be damned.”
“What is it, Xiaoyu?”
“Take a look.”
Xiaoyu then hands the sheet of paper to Alisa who has a read through it and like Xiaoyu there were a few names that were very familiar to her.
“Look...Asuka Kazama, Lili Rochefort and Leo Kilesen...”
“Yes, our Tekken fighter buddies...What a big coincidence.”
Alisa then hands the sheet back to Xiaoyu who continues to read the list and then became quite happy when she sees the name of her best (female) friend back at Mishima Polytechnic school.
“Oh my...Miharu Hirano is here too and at our class as well.”
“So, she was your friend?”
“Oh, since we met when we started at high school together.”
“I am happy for you...So, whose our homeroom teacher?”
“At the bottom...Let’s see whom it...” began Xiaoyu as she was baffled when she saw the name of their homeroom teacher.
“Well, it’s really a big coincidence all right.”
“What? Who.”
“You want to know who it is, Alisa? Our homeroom teacher?”
“Hit me.”
“Steve Fox.”
“Really? Steve Fox.”
“Yes.”
“Former English champion boxer, Tekken fighter and our homeroom teacher?”
“It would seem so, Alisa...Man, I wonder if he would be surprise to see us?”
“I am not sure...Let’s just hope for the best.”
“I agree.”

Meanwhile, in the staff tea room on the 4th floor of block number one, Steve Fox was having a nice cup of white latte and was sitting at the table reading the newspaper: ‘The Sydney Morning Herald’.
“Boy, what a day.”
He was wearing his dark blue business shirt with black trousers, black leather shoes and tie as he loosens his top button and lowers his tie.
“I am beat.”
Sure enough, Jun Kazama comes in and joins him as she was wearing a black blazer with a white business shirt and a short length black skirt with white tights and black high heel shoes.
“Hey, Steve.”
“Oh, hi there, Jun.”
“I see you are tired.”
“Yeah, what a class and a day I have had.”
“I can imagine.”
Jun heads over to the shelves and gets out a tea bag and a white cup as she prepares to make herself some lemon tea.
“So, I heard that we have two new students starting tomorrow.”
“I know...Wagg told us that.”
“He most certainly did.”
“And quite coincidentally...We know them quite well relatively speaking.”
“Yes.”
“I trust you will be fine.”
“Oh, of course...Since they have been assigned to my class.”
“Your students as well as their mathematics teachers...They are quite all right?”
“Yes, they are...Some are quite well but there’s still one or two causing a bit of trouble.”
“Oh, let me guess...Asuka and Lili, yes?”
“That’s right.”
Jun then finishes making her hot lemon tea and sits down beside Steve at the table.
“Well, that’s the way things are I suppose.”
“Indeed...By the way, Jun. How are your students? I take it being in a class full of almost non-humans doesn’t upset you?”
“Of course not...I can send they all have a pure heart and a soul and are willingly trying to live in our world and experience happiness.”
“I see...I forget you are psychic.”
“That’s right.”
“So, you have their names?”
“Yes...But not here with me but I am looking forward to them.”
“I hope so.”

At the moment, back on the other side over where back at the ‘Phoenix Pub’, Paul Phoenix was having a conversation with Bryan and Miguel as Paul was both happy and angry that one of his rivals, Kuma the bear has in town.
“I am very pleased that bear has finally come where I can finally get my hands on him.”
“I hope you do, Paul.”
“Grumpy came back earlier, amigo...Said the girls, the old man and the pets are staying at the school itself.”
“Good, that is good.”
“So, you going to carry out the plan by capturing that Ling Xiaoyu?”
“We will...But the school is well-defended. It would be hard for us.”
“Yes...We will have to keep her and that bear in check and when they are alone that is when we will strike.”
“Right.”
“Miguel.”
“Yes, Paul, amigo?”
“Call Grumpy and tell him to continue to shadow the school but do not engage.”
“Understood.”
“And to take some photos of our targets and under no circumstances are they to engage them.”
“Very well, I will tell them.”
“Thanks, amigo.”
“Don’t mention it.”
Miguel then gets out his cell phone and dials Grumpy’s number as Bryan asks Paul when are they going to make their move.
“So, we are going to move against soon?”
“Indeed, Bryan...We will. In the meantime, call the guys and have everyone assembled at the ground floor. I think we all could do with some fun.”
“I reckon so...The boys are a little bored.”
“Well, maybe busting some heads might make them feel better.”
The two laughed as their echoes were heard through the whole building. The ‘G.F.H.’ gang was preparing to mount an offensive but against whom remains a complete mystery.

Early next morning at eight o’clock inside room 1110, Xiaoyu wakes up from a good night’s of rest as Alisa was already up making herself some cereal.
“Morning, Xiaoyu.”
“Morning, Alisa.”
Xiaoyu stretches out her arms and yawns out loudly.
“Boy, I certainly slept quite well last night.”
“The same for me.”
“Really?”
“Yes, it was.”
“But you were standing so how could you...Wait, forget I ask.”
“Okay...You want some cereal, Xiaoyu?”
“What kind of cereal would that be?”
“Um...Froop Loops.”
“Froop Loops?”
“Yes...You don’t like them?”
“Well, average.”
“Right.”
“And um...Could you make me something hot like um...Hot chocolate?”
“Sure, it will only take a minute.”
“Say, Alisa...You look great in the uniform?”
“Thanks, Xiaoyu.”
“So, when you transform your hands and such they won’t...”
“No, I found a note inside my pocket and it was from Mr. Carreidas.”
“Okay, what did the note say?”
“The note said that the uniform is adaptable and I can use my robotic gadgets without a problem.”
“Really? Oh, that’s a relief.”
“Well, I really want to see you wearing your uniform.”
“Okay, okay...Just give me a minute.”
“Sure.”
“I will just go and brush my teeth and comb my hair.”
“Uh, okay.”

Xiaoyu therefore grabs her uniform and heads into the bathroom to get changed and get herself looking nice and beautiful. Alisa turns on the television to see what was on this early morning and she goes straight onto channel seven and listens to the morning news.
“Hmm...Very interesting.”
Alisa hears that there was another robbery last night at Redfern made by Hwoarang’s gang and a three-car pile up on the F3 freeway.
“That’s not good.”
Sure enough, Xiaoyu comes out and she was wearing her school uniform and ties herself with two neat ponytails using her old ponytail bands.
“Alisa...How do I look?”
Alisa turns and sees Xiaoyu looking quite elegant as ever especially in their new school’s uniform.
“You look great, Xiaoyu...Most elegant.”
“Thanks...Man, these black tights. I find them quite uncomfortable.”
“Really?”
“Yeah, it’s tough getting use to.”
“Well, I think they look good and quite comfortable.”
“Come on, we don’t want to be late for our first day.”
“Agreed...Let’s get what we need and head out to the school yard.”
“Right...Let’s go.”

Sure enough, Xiaoyu and Alisa get what they need and head out of their dormitory room as quite a number of their same year group girls heading their way to the elevator ready to head down to the school yard. Along the way, Xiaoyu realizes her shoelaces are undone.
“Oh, darn...I forget my shoelaces are undone.”
Xiaoyu then bends down and ties up her shoelace when suddenly someone bumps into her from behind and causes that person to drop some books on her head.
“Ow.”
“Oh, sorry.”
“No big deal.” replied the girl that bumped into Xiaoyu as Xiaoyu gets back up after finishing tying her shoelaces and addresses the person who had yellow hair that was cut quite short with a fair beautiful looking face and wore her full school uniform much like Xiaoyu and Alisa. Alisa helps pick up the books that were dropped on the floor.
“Please it is all right.”
“Right...Let me apologize by introducing myself first. The name’s Patricia Wong.”
“Ling Xiaoyu...Nice to meet you.”
“I am Alisa Bosconovitch.”
“Nice to meet you.”
“Indeed...We just started and we are new students.”
“Really? How do find the school so far?”
“Well, it is breath taking with the big facilities, nice teachers and such.”
“That’s nice to know.”
“Indeed, and um...” began Xiaoyu as she takes a careful look at Patricia and realizes that she was quite taller than Xiaoyu was and Xiaoyu’s head was only up to Patricia’s chest.
“My, you are tall.”
“Well, I do a lot of workouts and sports...It helps me keep fit and on alert.”
“That’s great to hear.” replied Xiaoyu as she hides her negative thought, which was that she doesn’t like Patricia who was taller than her and naturally anybody else in particularly girls who was taller than her.
“You okay?”
“Oh, yes...Yes, I am fine.”
“So, which class are you in?”
“Uh, 10B.”
“10B? I think that too is a great class.”
“You think so?”
“I have a few friends in that class...They are quite nice and all.”
“Well, I think that is good to know...Very good to know.”
“Come on, let’s go straight down to the schoolyard and be ready at assembly.”
“I reckon so.”
“Shall we go?”
“Yes.”
“Here are your books, Patricia.”
“Thanks, Alisa...You may call me Pat, if you like.”
“Uh, okay.”
“Let’s go.”

Patricia heads off with the rest of the girls that were staying on this floor as Xiaoyu and Alisa watches them head to the elevator.
“That Patricia was nice.”
“I think so, too.”
“What’s wrong, Xiaoyu? You have that smirk look on your face.”
“Smirk look?”
“Yeah, when you said that line: ‘That’s great to hear’, you look a bit uncomfortable.”
“You saw that?”
“I recorded it.”
“Oh! I see.”
“What is the truth, Xiaoyu?”
“The truth?”
“Yes, what else do you hate besides the usual things like Kazuya Mishima, Anna Williams and Mathematics?”
“Uh...”
“Don’t try to lie...I can tell you know as I can read your heart rate and look at your face expression as well as your body language.”
“Okay, okay...I will tell the truth.”
“I am all ears.”
“The truth is...I dislike people who are taller than I am especially girls.”
“Oh, I see.”
“Come on, let’s get ourselves down to the school yard.”
“Right, Xiaoyu...Let’s go.”

Therefore, the two girls make their way down to the schoolyard where it was almost crowded with students with one or two teachers on patrol. Xiaoyu looks out for the two teachers and neither one was Heihachi.
“Say...”
“Say what?”
“Grandpa Heihachi...Do you see him?”
“Well, no...Not really.”
“Well, I wonder where can he be? I want to see him in his good looking self.”
“I can imagine, Xiaoyu.”
At that moment, Heihachi was with Alcazar and Carreidas in the staff tearoom drinking tea together as Jun Kazama joins them.
“Morning, Jun.”
“Morning, gentlemen.”
“Jun, it is good to see you.”
“Heihachi...I sense you are regretting things that you have done in the past?”
“Indeed...I won’t lie to you.”
Heihachi knows she is psychic and can read his mind so he would not try to lie.
“I know.”
“I have this funny feeling...I sense happiness in my heart and it started back at Japan and when I arrived here it became more stronger.”
“Well, I think there is something you should know.”
“What might that be?”
“Well, I think it would astonish you.”
“Right.”
“You have a granddaughter.” replied Jun speaking plainly as Heihachi was astonished but remains calm and collected.
“I have a granddaughter?”
“Yes.”
“How is that possible...I thought I only had a grandson and a grandniece named Asuka Kazama.”
“Me too...But recently I sense it or a while ago just after the 6th Iron Fist tournament.”
“You have?”
“Yes.”
“It is a long story.”
“I like to know about it.”
“Very well, if you must.”
Jun then explains to Heihachi about the time during the events of the 2nd Iron Fist tournament. After 3 years of the 2nd tournament, Kazuya had made love to another woman in Australia but due to his cruelty he raped and put the woman to the point of near death, which at the same time the woman became pregnant with a child. However, Jun manages to rescued the lady and although the woman died the child was born and safe and Jun herself takes her to a place at Kyoto where the Kansai Magical Association resided. The girl was then entrusted to a young girl named Setsuna Sakurazaki and she raised her as best as she could and the girl grew up strong and beautiful and Setsuna told of her true heritage when the girl was old enough. Heihachi was quite taken and sympathetic to the story and asks Jun what was her granddaughter’s name.
“So, Jun...”
“Yes, Heihachi?”
“What’s my granddaughter’s name?”
“Her name is Sophie...Sophie Barkman.”
“Sophie, huh? That’s a very nice name indeed.”
“Yes.”
“Just out of curiosity...”
“Yes?”
“If I am her grandfather that you are her mother?”
“Technically speaking.”
“Okay.”
Sure enough, Steve Fox comes into the tearoom in his gray business suit with a blue business long sleeve collar shirt and shiny leather shoes.
“Morning, everyone...How are...”
Steve changes sight of Heihachi Mishima himself and were both stunned and bewildered not to mention exasperated to see him.
“You!”
“Steve Fox...How good to see you are doing well?”
“Likewise...The feeling is mutual.”
Steve was still a little intense but Jun informs him that Heihachi has turn straight and regrets what he did in the past and now he is making up for it by doing the right thing and make amends.
“He’s different now, Steve...He has turned straight.”
“Well, okay...I trust your words, Jun.”
Steve stills feels a little uneasy but thinks that maybe it was time to try and get along with him even though he still has some doubts on his mind.
“Okay, Heihachi...I think we can both make a fresh start on our relationship.”
“Very well...Same here.”
Eventually, both Steve and Heihachi shake each other’s hands quite firmly as several more teachers come in and greeted Heihachi with their slight doubt and friendly expressions.

Sure enough, the morning bell has been sound and all the students of the school head straight to the assembly yard that was located near building block number one. Year seven students line up at the front followed by year eight, nine, ten and so forth with the school captain, vice captains and prefects checking the students. They check that their ties and ribbons are done up in tiptop shape, shirts are neatly tucked in and shoes are looking up to their standard looks. The homeroom teachers that walks in front of the students marking their roll to see who’s here and who’s not here. Eventually, the principal, deputy principal and discipline and general co-ordinator master all stood on the assembly platform as they look at all the students to make sure they are all paying them their utmost attention.
“Morning, boys and girls...Now I have a few announcements to make so everyone here please take note of what I about to say.”
All the students and even the teachers paid their utmost attention as Carreidas explains what was on his mind.
“So, first thing...A reminder to all students that all corridors and the school grounds must be maintain clean at all times...I want everyone in Sydney to know why they call this the number one high school. Understood?”
“Yes, sir!”
“Second thing...‘The Spirited 32 rainbow dancers show’. There are still some tickets so if there’s anyone who is still interested in going to the show please apply to Samuel Wong and Joey Houston of class 10A. Hurry, the show is going to happen this evening...Now, the third thing...” began Carreidas as he takes a moment and then says what was on his mind. “The third thing is that all students are to be reminded that all students must put on their full school winter uniform and if there’s a problem that you cannot wear a certain part than please bring a note to me sign by either your parents or guardian. That is all. Now I will hand the ball over to the discipline master and informs the seniors that behaving in Sydney’s streets must be kept to the best...General.”
“Thank you, Mr. Carreidas.”
Carreidas steps back and Alcazar steps up to the microphone to tell all the students what was on his mind.
“Remember students from year 11 and 12 as well as the other year groups who go out to the streets of Sydney must behave well-mannerly. There’s zero tolerance and a quick reminder to certain year 10 students that getting drunk is not allowed. You know who you are and if you people get caught then it is detention. So, from now on...I along with a few teachers will take to the streets during the weekend to keep an eye on you, boys and girls to make absolutely sure that everyone is behaving that way they should be...Understood?”
“Yes, general!”
“Good to hear...Make the school proud.”
Alcazar switches an earlier strict-like judge tone to a more casual tone. Xiaoyu was starting to like Alcazar, the discipline master.
“He’s a charming one.”
“Indeed, Xiaoyu.”
“Now, I will hand over to the principal who has something to say on his mind...Senor Wagg.”
“Jolly good.”
Alcazar steps down and Jolyon Wagg, the school principal steps forward to where the microphone was. He wearing his blue business suit with a white business shirt underneath, nice black tie and brown shiny leather shoes.
“Boys and girls...Remember what I am about to say as it will benefit to you all. The subject of good and evil their war would always go on forever...However, it is necessary to obtain a balance, order and injunction. It is also used in our every day lives from school to home and particularly everywhere else in the world. I like to point out that danger is around every corner so please stay on alert and try not to travel anywhere outside the school grounds alone...So, everyone clear on that?”
“Yes, sir!”
“Jolly good...Now, I will hand the ball back to Mr. Carreidas...Mr. Carreidas?”
“Thank you.”
Carreidas steps back up to the microphone to speak and has a special announcement to make to all the students.
“I am most happy to inform we have a new member of staff to replace one of the departed ones. We wish him all the best and hope he likes the school spirit of the place. Now, weekend sport meetings will take place at certain areas of the grounds at usual...That is all. Off to your classes then.”

Therefore, all the students head off to either their sport activity meetings or head to their first period of the day. Xiaoyu and Alisa decide to go and see Mr. Carreidas as he had told them to do so sometime yesterday.
“Mr. Carreidas, sir.”
“Ah, Xiaoyu...Alisa. Morning to you both.”
“Morning, sir.”
“Say, you both look quite good in those uniforms.”
“Thanks for the kind compliment, sir.”
“Yes, indeed...Thank you, sir.”
“Well, I remember...Your lesson timetables and other things are in my office. Shall we go and get them?”
“Of course, sir.”
“Then kindly follow me.”

At that moment, near where the drinking fountains were, the kendo club chairman, Heishiro Mitsurugi was holding a meeting that this weekend’s practice will commence and conclude at the usual time frame from 9 to 1 and he hands the ball over to the kendo club captain, Andy Zhang.
“We will be at the usual place, block number 5 on the 6th floor at dojo number three. Now, I will hand over to Andy Zhang...Andy.”
“Thank you, sir...All right, you maggots...Listen carefully to me.”
“Aye aye, senior!”
Despite Andy’s rough attitude all the juniors liked him very much and all elected him as the captain of the club itself.
“Now remember all of you are to wear your standard outfits as well as have your necessary protection equipment, helmet and chest plate, the works...All of you practiced quite well last week but still some of you maggots still a little slack off! The grip is not up to standard and if you do not hold your sword or katana probably then you are one step away from certain defeat or death...Hold it like a true warrior and treat every battle like a real one! You get me?!”
“We get you, senior!”
“Good...All right, you vermins! I expect all of you to be there and if you don’t feel well that let me know by phone or contact Mr. Mitsurugi...Understood?”
“Aye aye!”
“Good...Off to class, you maggots!”
Mitsurugi watches with enthusiasm as Andy was rough to the juniors and yet the juniors like him and saw him as a true leader.
“Gee...Andy is his usual cheerful and demanding self as usual.”
Mitsurugi then looks at his watch and realizes he has a lesson to go to.
“Hmm...I better get my things and go...Don’t want to keep my year 9 English class waiting.”
Mitsurugi then heads off back to the staff room to get his things as another school day was about to unfold.

At that moment, in the first period of the day, class 10B was waiting for their history teacher to arrive as they have their history as their first period. They all waited for their teacher being none other than the esteem Captain Archibald Haddock. He was quite a funny teacher and a good one with an outstanding knowledge of history in particular naval battles. The students of 10B waited anxiously for their teacher to arrive as at this very moment, Captain Haddock was having a chat with the swimming team of the school as he along with his good long-time friend, Tintin were the chairmen of the swimming club.
“Say, where’s our teacher?”
“Be patient, brother.”
“Of course, Pyrrha.”
Patroklos always heed what his sister would say as he double checks to make sure that he has everything for the first two lessons of the day.
“Let’s see...”
“What you doing?” asked Xiba.
“What does it look like.”
“Oh, my bad.”
The two friends were in their fine green boys’ full winter school uniform and Xiba’s shirt was not entirely tucked in and Patroklos himself forgot something very important.
“Hey, your shirt’s not in, Xiba.”
“Oh, thanks...By the way, Patrick.”
“What?”
“Your pants.”
“What about them?”
“You forgot to seem them.”
“Huh?”
Patroklos looks down and quickly realizes that he has forgot to zip up his pants and quickly looks quite embarrassed.
“Whoops...Silly me.”
He quickly zips it back up with Leo and Simon behind him chuckling and finding it all rather amusing.
“Well, you shall always zip up your pants to look good, Pat.”
“Thanks, Leo.”
“Think of it...If you need to go to the toilet it would be much easier that way.”
“Stop the tease, Simon.”
“Hey, it was just a bit of fun, buddy.”
“I know.”
“Aha, there’s our class!”
Xiaoyu and Alisa finally found the place where they both are to have their first lesson of the day, history and both cannot wait to get started.
“Hey, everyone.”
“Hi.”
“Say, you are new around here?”
“I am...The name’s Xiaoyu. Ling Xiaoyu.”
“Please to meet you, I am Natsu.”
“How do you do?”
Natsu was fully dressed in her girls’ full winter uniform and tied her a neat short ponytail and she greeted Xiaoyu quite friendly, which made her feel happy.
“I am well...New student just starting.”
“How did you...”
“Well, you have that ‘new’ look on your face.”
“Oh, I see.”
“I am Alisa...How are you?”
“Oh, I am well...Nice to meet you, Alisa.”
“Thank you.” replied Alisa with a friendly smile on her face.
“Hey, are you two new?”
“Hey, Eri...Come and meet two new students. Ling Xiaoyu and Alisa um...What’s your last name, Alisa?”
“Oh, It’s Bosconovitch, Natsu.”
“Hmm...It sounds like you come from a Russian background.”
“You are correct...My father is from Russia.”
“Okay...I am Eri Mizutani...Nice to meet you all.”
Eri looked quite tomboyish and has a determined side to it and she already finds that Xiaoyu was a nice person that she could get along with and the same goes for Alisa.
“Well, I welcome you to class 10B...I think everyone is all here.”
“Not yet, Eri.”
“Got you, class rep.”
“Class rep?”
“Oh, we should also introduce you two new guys to our class representative...Hey, Patrick!”
“What’s up, Natsu?”
“Hey! Ain’t you going to say hi to these two newcomers whom have joined us?”
“Oh, pardon me, ladies...Hi, I am called Patroklos Alexander and your honorable class rep. Nice to meet you all.”
Patroklos spoken like an authority type figure and both Xiaoyu and Alisa eventually find him quite all right.
“He looks okay...Right, Alisa?”
“He does, Xiaoyu.”
“Xiao!”
Xiaoyu turns and hears a most familiar voice and turns around and discovers it was none other than her long time best friend, Miharu Hirano from her old school back at Mishima Polytechnic. She rushes straight towards her in her new green girls’ uniform and eventually Xiaoyu opens her arms as the two girls gave each other a most friendly hug for old times’ sake.
“It’s been too long, Xiaoyu.”
“Likewise, Miharu...Wow, I never thought we will see each other again.”
“Me too...How are things for you?”
“Well, kind of over my head at the moment.”
“I see...I am sorry for you about what happen to Jin.”
“I know...I will miss him.”
“He seems like an okay guy.”
“Yeah.”
At that very moment, two girls that looked most familiar to Xiaoyu rushes straight towards them with books in their hands and bags over their shoulders.
“Is that...”
“If you hadn’t drank too much milk we will be here on time!”
“Shut your yapping, Lili!”
“Says you!”
“SAYS ME!”
Both ran like the rivals they are and finally arrive and come to a halt right in the middle of their fellow classmates.
“Phew! We made it!”
“Indeed!”
“Well, hello there.”
Asuka takes several deep breaths and glances up to see none other than a mutual friend, Ling Xiaoyu.
“Well, well...Xiaoyu. Nice to see you.”
“The feeling’s mutual.”
“I guess.”
“Hey, Xiaoyu.”
“Lili...How have you been?”
“The same...And Alisa. How nice to meet you.” said Lili in her French accent tone of voice.
“Me too.”
“Well, I am glad you and Xiaoyu get along really well...Unlike this dumb head as not only are we in the same class but in the same room and all.”
Asuka grunts angrily with her fists clenching tightly like she was about to beat the crap out of someone.
“Lili! You utter one more bad word about me and I will...”
“You will what? Punch me...Now that is against the school rules.”
“Damn.”
“So, ain’t you happy your cousin is gone...No more threat and chaos to the world.”
“No! Not really!”
“Well, he was evil so why ain’t you happy?”
“That’s enough! Jin wasn’t like that!” uttered Xiaoyu angrily as she would if she hears anyone speaks badly about Jin himself.
“Oh, sorry for my attitude...I guess he lost his life trying to bring order to the world!”
“THAT’S...”began Xiaoyu as their history teacher has finally arrived and he was literally standing right behind Xiaoyu and Alisa.
“Thundering Typhoons! What’s mattering here?!”
“Oh, Captain, sir.”
“Captain Haddock, sir.”
Captain Haddock arrives at last as he was wearing his dashing black suit with blue business shirt, shiny leather shoes and an anchor pattern necktie. He was carrying his things for his first two period lessons and was literally wearing his trademark cap, which no doubt meant a lot to him.
“Patroklos...What’s happening here?”
“Uh, nothing...Nothing, sir.”
“You sure? That’s good to hear.”
“Sir, that girl insulted me and all.” said Asuka angrily to Haddock.
“Really? Watch your tone, girl! You have any idea who you are talking to?!”
“I wouldn’t want to know.” replied Lili in a snob tone.
“Oh, yeah?!”
“Billions of Blistering Barnacles! Now why don’t the two of you stop getting all angry with each other?! Save it for something else like fighting against evil bad guys like um...Like Hwoarang for instance.”
“Hwoarang, sir?”
“Yes, Asuka...I am sure you will have that chance to get at that pockmark.”
“I will, sir.”
Asuka instantly look more matured and well behaved as Lili grumbles to herself in the background.
“So, I hear from the deputy principal that we have two new students here, yes?”
“Uh, yes...Yes, sir.”
Captain Haddock looks down and sees a nice cute looking girl and she definitely looks good in the uniform.
“So, you must be Ling Xiaoyu.”
“Yes, sir...I am. Please forgive me.”
“That’s all right...Just remember keep a cool head and don’t let anger get the best of you or it will lead to great consequences.”
“Uh, yes...Yes, sir.”
“Call me captain if you like...”
“Very well.”
“Sir, I am Alisa...Alisa Bosconovitch.”
“Nice to meet you...So, why don’t we all head inside and begin our lesson?”
“Yes, sir!”
“Jolly good...Follow me. Let us continue with where we left off.”

At that moment, in the classroom next door, which was the classroom for the top and favorite class of the school, 10A as they were about to meet their new homeroom/mathematics teacher. Samuel Wong and Joey Houston makes sure that everyone was accounted for and then sat themselves down and waited for their teacher to arrive.
“Hey, Joey.”
“Yes, Kathy?”
“Who do you think is this new staff member that Mr. Carreidas mentioned?”
“I don’t know.”
“Perhaps it’s a famous person.”
“That’s a possibility, Andy.” replied Shirley as she turns and looks at him with her alluring eyes.
“Perhaps...Please, Shirley. Stop staring at me. It makes me feel um...”
“Uneasy?”
“Nope...Uncomfortable was what I was going to say.”
“Fine...Facing back forward.”
Shirley faces back forward as Andy sighs with relief.
“Phew.”
“Andy, you really don’t like us, do you?” asked Ivy who was sitting next to Andy. Both she and her elderly twin sister Michelle had a bit of interest on Andy but however, Andy eventually at first has no interest in them.
“Well, I um...I don’t...”
“Admit it.”
“Nope...My answer to that is um...Is confidential.”
“Fine! Have you your way...Sorehead.” uttered Ivy sounding emotional and a bit incensed.
“Sorehead? Now just wait a minute...” began Andy as he was deeply offended when Ivy said that and just as he was about to scold Ivy back, Samuel, the class rep asks Andy to be quiet but in a well-mannered way.
“Andy, please...Not so loud.”
“Oh, sorry there, Sam.”
Ernest Chan was reading some porn-type books as he then spots his seat mate, Daiman who has a nice three-coloured pen decides to nick it as he desperately needs one. He waits as Daiman looks to his left and has a friendly chat with Chloe.
“Hey, Chloe.”
“Yes, Daiman?”
“Would you mind during recess or lunch give me a medical check-up?”
“A full examination?”
“Uh, yes...If you please.”
“Sure...You feel okay?”
“Yeah, my muscles are a little tense and sore.”
“Well, it is most likely that you have done some over practice with your sports and stuff...I will give you a check up as you requested.”
“Oh, thanks.”

At that moment, Ernest himself seizes the chance and tries to nick Damian’s three coloured pen and just as he was able to grab it he felt someone was poking him from behind with an object that had the shape of a barrel.
“What the...”
“You know stealing is an offence here in this school.”
“Oh, Ross...I was just...”
“Don’t deny it.”
Ross Duggan was a student, a bodyguard and of course one of the school’s secret agents. He was a young man with light yellow hair and had a mature look and attitude with him wearing his neatly ironed uniform. He like Patricia and a few others has a weapon hoisted somewhere on their body and for Ross he has his weapon, a Colt 45 hoisted inside his blazer jacket.
“Put it back.”
“Ah, okay.” replied Ernest as he was terrified of Ross’s professional and somewhat serious attitude. Ernest promptly puts the pen back where he picked it up and Daiman turns and sees Ernest looking very frightened and timorous.
“Hey, Ernest...What’s up with you?”
“Uh, nothing...Nothing at all, Daiman.”
Daiman glances back as Ross gives him a smile and hoists back his weapon as Daiman eventually figures it out that Ernest had just done something naughty and Ross caught him red-handed.
“Aha...Trying to steal something from me, right?”
“Uh, no...I am not. I was just admiring your...Your three coloured pen.”
“You admire it?”
“Yes, definitely.”
“Okay...I can sense you are lying to me...A tiny lie.”
“Oh, come on.”
“Never mind...As long as I have Ross to keep watch you won’t be stupid enough to try again.”
“Yeah, yeah...Whatever.”
Sure enough, Carreidas along with Alcazar enters the classroom as Samuel and Joey tells everyone to stand up to properly greet them as the two of them stands up as well.
“Sirs!”
“At ease, people...Please be seated.” replied Mr. Carreidas with a nice casual smile on his face.
“Thank you, sir.”

Therefore, Samuel, Joey and the others all sat down as Carreidas makes his official announcement to them all.
“Students...Today, you shall meet your new homeroom teacher as well as your official mathematics teacher.”
“Who is it, sir?” asked Kathy eager to know.
“You will see...General, if you will.”
“Come in.”
All the students in the room watched as their new homeroom/mathematics teacher comes in and most of them couldn’t believe their eyes as their replacement homeroom and mathematics teacher was the prestigious and famous Heihachi Mishima. He wore a top class gray suit and a gray fedora hat as well as a pair of reading glasses over his old but still great sighted eyes.
“He is...He is...”
“Yeah.”
“I can’t believe it.”
The only person who was not particular surprise was Sophie who knew who he was before he walked in as Jun Kazama told her sometime yesterday.
“So, students...Please welcome your new teacher of both homeroom and mathematics.”
“Good morning, Mr. Mishima!”
All the students welcomed Heihachi with honour and esteem by standing up once more and bowing their heads in respect as Heihachi thanks them all and kindly asks them to take their seats.
“Please my good students...Please be seated.”
At once, all the students sat themselves back down as Carreidas informs them all to make their new homeroom and mathematics teacher to feel right at home.
“Remember, students...Please be so kind to make Mr. Heihachi Mishima feel right at home.”
“We will, sir.”
“Yes, you have our word.”
“Thank you, Sam and Joey...Now, it is time for your lesson of Geography and your teacher will be here in a few moments.”
Sure enough, their Geography teacher arrives and it was none other than Jun Kazama. A person who was still active with the wildlife protection association and a degree in geography and biology.
“Ah, Miss. Kazama...You are here.”
“Yes, I am here, Mr. Carreidas.”
“Well, I think we should let you get started then.”
“Thank you.”
“Remember, students...Stay strong and happy for tonight’s performance. I wouldn’t want you all to look drowsy and grumpy. Understood?”
“Yes, general!”
“Good...Later then.”
The three elderly men head out of the classroom as Jun heads to the teacher’s desk and first puts her things on the table.
“So, what do you think, Heihachi?”
“I must say, Laszlo...They are definitely good and modeling students. I wonder why they are the best?”
“Oh, you will see for yourself. Right, Ramon?”
“Si, amigo...You will see.”
“I am glad to hear it.”
“So, what now?”
“Well, there’s still time and I will have to head off for my lesson in the next period.”
“Oh, what subjects do you teach, Laszlo?”
“Well, SOR, which stands for Studies of Religion as well as English, which I teach both a year 9 and 11 class as well as a few others.”
“You mean the same two subjects you mentioned?”
“Yes.”
“Well, we have some time...Let us discuss how would you fit into our school activities and which ones you can look after.”
“Sure...I will be keen to know of which ones I will like to be a part of and all.”
“Come to my office then.”

Meanwhile, back at the classroom of 10A, Jun herself informs that they will be watching a DVD based upon the ocean currents and erosion. The documentary tells the sea battening against the shore and how the water eventually eats away more land but from a naked eye’s point of view it really doesn’t look different.
“So, today we shall watch a documentary of water erosions to the land...So, Sam.”
“Yes, ma’am.”
“Would you like to head to the library and get the remote for this room and also inform Catalina to come as well?”
“Very well.”
Samuel therefore heads out of the classroom as Jun gets out one of her whiteboard markers from her case and writes the words: ‘Water erosion’. After that, she writes more on the whiteboard with all the students watching and she eventually senses that one was busy thinking about something else that does not sound appropriate at all.
“Adrian Cortez.”
“What?”
Jun was psychic and speaks to Adrian telepathically so only the two of them could hear and nobody else except for those of the Mishima bloodline who was none other than Sophie.
“You will learn to behave yourself and respect the girls...Do not think about what they wear underneath.”
“Ah, yes...Yes, ma’am. Sorry, ma’am.” replied Adrian to himself as John, Veronica and Kathy notices Adrian was talking to himself and looking quite pale.
“What’s wrong with him?”
“Beats me, Veronica...Perhaps Miss. Kazama is roughing him up.”
“Of course...Telepathically, yes?”
“Indeed you are correct, Joey.”

Sure enough, Samuel himself returns with Catalina who has the remote control to the DVD player in her hand.
“Miss. Kazama.”
“Catalina...Thanks for coming. I trust it was quite busy at the library.”
“Ah, yes...It certainly was, ma’am. I had to deal with someone who’s late with overdue books.”
“That’s understandable...You have already contacted Mr. Carreidas to have someone stand for you until you get back.”
“Uh...Yes.” replied Catalina knowing that Jun could read her mind so she told her the absolute truth.
“Have a seat then.”
Catalina first puts the remote control for the DVD player on Jun’s desk as she and Samuel heads back to their seats.
“Um, Andy.”
“Yes, ma’am!” answered Andy like he was addressing a senior officer in the army/navy.
“Would you be so kind to close the window blinds?”
“Certainly.”
“Sophie, Ivy...Would you give him a hand?”
“Yes.”
“Very well, ma’am.”
Sophie and Ivy therefore assists Andy in pulling down the window blinds as Jun uses the remote control to insert the DVD into the player and afterwards she turns the television LCD screen monitor on.
“Ma’am...All blinds are down.”
“Thanks, Andy...Girls. Now, listen carefully...This documentary is related to the topic of this part of the term that I am teaching and also that would be in the test but not official to see how well you have learnt. So, please remember to take notes and I will try to turn on the subtitles for those who can see so they understand the words and for those who can’t I will turn up the volume so you can listen without trouble. Any questions before we began?”
Jun looks around at all the students in the room as they all made eye contact with her to prove they are confident and comfortable and not hiding something because Jun can tell because she is psychic after all.
“Good...So, let us begin. I will pause at certain points to write the keywords and some very important sentences or phrases on the board but you must write it in your own words but can use what I write as a starting point or guideline. Let’s play.”

Meanwhile, in the classroom next door, Captain Haddock was teaching the class of 10B, the next part of Australian History as in year 10 it was a compulsory subject made by the BOS (Board of Studies).
“Okay, boys and girls...The next part that I will teach you on the next chapter on your textbooks...Living and working in a new century. So, turn to page 22 if you please.”
Sure enough, all the students in the classroom promptly turn their pages to 22 of their textbooks as Haddock changes sight of Ling Xiaoyu, one of two new students in his History class raising up her hand.
“Yes, Xiaoyu?”
“Captain, sir...I like to ask a um...An important question.”
“Go right ahead.”
“Did we...I mean you cover the first chapter already?”
“Yes, as a matter of fact but don’t worry come and see me after the lesson and we could arrange something.”
“Sure, that goes for my friend, Alisa too.”
“No problem.”
“Thank you, sir.”
“Right...Now, as I was saying. Let us look and read the two paragraphs of words on the bottom left hand side of the page. You may all be quite aware that Australia itself was vastly different than the one that you are all living together.”
Eventually, Natsu puts up her hand and asks what does Captain Haddock meant by that.
“Sir...I mean, Captain.”
“Yes, Natsu.”
“What do you mean by that? You mean the government of the country didn’t care much about the business and finance things?”
“In a way, Natsu...In a way. What you say is true and let me put it in proper terms or should I say words...The people back then during the 1900s they lived in a society that follows the ‘laissez-faire’ policy.”
“The what, sir?”
“The ‘laissez-faire’ policy, Natsu...It is when the government would interfered little in economic affairs and left individuals such as us to look after ourselves.”
“I see.”
“Sir!”
“Yes, Amy.”
Amy was a young girl with beautiful flowing red hair with two neatly tied ponytails and she wore her school uniform that she washed and irons all by herself. She was a girl into debating, chess and one kind of sport, badminton as it was one of the sports she enjoys.
“Because of this, there were enormous differences in wealth, power and privilege between the well-off and the poorer members of society.”
“Outstanding, Amy...Eventually, women, indigenous people and some migrant groups had few rights and were treated differently from the rest of the population...Now read on the next two pages. There you see two questions on the bottom right of page 22. Have a go and at them and if there’s any trouble don’t hesitate to ask.”
“Yes, sir.”
“Good...Get started then.”

Therefore, Captain Haddock sits down in the chair at his desk looking through notes and his other teaching stuff while all the students in the room start to get into it. Xiaoyu read the first question and as she reads it she scratches the back of her head.
“Hmm...Five statements about the living and working conditions?”
“You having trouble, Xiaoyu?” asked Asuka as she was sitting right next to her and was hard into the exercise that Captain Haddock had set them to do.
“Uh, no...Not at all, Alisa.”
“Well, if I were you...Look at the photography on the next page. That would give you some kind of an idea.”
“Thanks.”
“Don’t mention it.”
Despite Asuka’s tip of advice Xiaoyu still finds it difficult to answer the question so she raises her hand and Captain Haddock asks if she is in need of assistance.
“Xiaoyu, you need help?”
“Yes, sir.”
“On my way.”
Captain Haddock stands up and heads to where Xiaoyu was and asks how he could help her.
“So, what seems to be the problem?”
“Well, the first question?”
“Ah, having a little bit of trouble, are we?”
“Yes, sir.”
“Well, first of all...Look at the photograph on the right and focus on the important objects there such as the horse carriages.”
“Oh, write a thing about transport, right?”
“Precisely...Now also look careful at other things in the photograph too like um...the environment.”
“The environment, sir?”
“Yes, you are clever, Xiaoyu.”
“But are you sure, sir?”
“I am sure...Put your mind and you can accomplish anything.”
“I suppose.”
“That reminds me...Okay, listen up all of you.”
At once, all the students stop what they were doing and paid full attention to their teacher.
“At question 2, just think careful about your current life right now in the 21st century. Once we finish this chapter then use what you have learnt to write a two page essay of how similar the aspects of life between the people back then and the way you are living.”
Patroklos, the class rep sticks up his hand and Captain Haddock allows him to speak what was on his mind.
“Yes, Patrick.”
“So, do we start the essay after this chapter?”
“Indeed...I will remind you when the time comes. No need to worry.”
“Good, sir.”
“Now, has everyone manage to write down five statements about the living conditions of the photograph on the next page? If you have raise up your hand, please.”
Haddock sees that most of the students have done it and only one or two still were working on it and one of those was Xiaoyu and the other was Yukiho Hagiwara. She was a girl who people might say is a crybaby and gets upset at times and is afraid of quite a number of things from dogs to even boys. Rumour has it she would hide in her dug up holes but of course no one has been able to confirm whether or not the rumours were true.
“Okay, Xiaoyu and Yukiho...You are finish it as part of your homework.”
“Uh, okay, sir.”
“Yes, sir.”
“Now, let us move on, shall we? Let’s turn over the page and look at the first part of this chapter.”
“Sir, I like to ask?”
“Yes, Talim?”
Talim was wearing most of her required girl’s school winter uniform as she has put her blazer behind her chair and her top button and ribbon had loosen as it kind of makes her uncomfortable.
“Do we have to um...Write down all the glossary terms that are underneath the photograph?”
“Not necessarily...But it may prove useful later. That is totally up to you.”
“Oh...Thank you, sir.”
“So, let’s look at the first section of the chapter called: ‘Life’s celebrations in a new nation’.”
Xiaoyu turns to the page and wonders whether or not as Captain Haddock that writing down the glossary terms that were underneath the photograph on the previous page would be a good idea.
“Hmm...I wonder?”
As the lesson goes on, Captain Haddock lectures to the class of how and why Australians celebrated federation day in the early 1900s with many of the present public holidays such as ANZAC Day, Queen’s Birthday and Labor Day did not exist in 1901. Haddock also lectures them about Christian Festivals, Birthdays, weddings and many others. Xiaoyu find it most interesting and eventually finds it a little difficult to keep pace of what Captain Haddock was saying even though he was saying it quite clearly and at a standard pace.
“Darn it...History is hard to understand but interesting nonetheless.”
Sure enough, Captain Haddock informs the class of their homework for the lesson as he looks at his watch whereas there’s five more minutes before the end of the first period.
“Okay, students...Tonight’s homework would be ‘Check your understanding’ on page 25, all five questions followed by ‘Using sources’ question 1 and 2 and finally, ‘Researching and communicating’ question number 2. Any questions?”
“Sir.”
“Yes, Iori?”
“Not question one of ‘Researching and communicating’?”
“No, I will have a worksheet for you all to complete in our next lesson.”
“Of course, sir.”
Iori Minase was wearing her full school uniform and wore small earrings on both her ears. She happens to be the daughter of one of the associates of the 765 Production president, Iori is a spoiled rich girl who flaunts her family’s wealth. She was a girl with no fear of going onto the stage and performs with a bright personality she happens to be quite annoying with her habit of berating other people. She has two elder brothers and as a result of this she has grown with a deep complex of hating to lose and thus show any weakness, but she still maintains a softer side. Xiaoyu sighs with the fact that there was quite a lot of homework to be done in the first lesson alone and knew for a fact there would be more in the remaining periods to come.
“Remember that I will check on your homework and if you have any problems or need to ask me something related to this then feel free to come see me during recess, lunch, before and after school.”

Sure enough, the period bell rings and Haddock reminds everyone that their next lesson will be on next Monday so they have plenty of time to do his set homework during the weekend.
“Have a great day, class.”
“Morning, sir.”
“Okay, everyone...Let’s go and meet our science teacher at the science labs.” announced Patroklos as he likes him being the class rep and proud of his role and literally his entire fellow classmates find him quite a leader with great leadership.
“Science labs?”
“Yes, our next lesson is with Professor Phostle.”
“Professor Phostle?”
“Yes, Xiaoyu...He’s one of the famous scientists who once make assumptions that the end of the world was going to happen and one of the discoverers of a mysterious meteorite that crash into the Arctic areas.”
“Wow...I find that hard to believe, Asuka.”
“Well, it’s in the library and on the Internet...Very easy to find info on famous people these days.”
“Yes, I am sure.”

Sure enough, all students of class 10B head straight for the science labs as class 10A also head to the science labs as well with their teacher no doubt being the famous and sometimes hard of hearing Professor Cuthbert Calculus.
“I do not fancy science.”
“Why not, Xiaoyu?” asked Alisa curious to know.
“I don’t know...I don’t really think I am into science but I mean it is interesting and all.”
“I understand.”
“Hey, girls!”
Xiaoyu and Alisa looks back and Patricia Wong greeted them both and ask the two of them how did their first lesson on the first school day went.
“So...”
“So what, Patricia?” asked Xiaoyu looking at her with a curious and yet vexed kind of look on her face.
“So, you enjoy your first lesson of the day on your first day at this school?”
“I did.”
“That’s great to hear, Alisa...What about you, Xiaoyu?”
“Well, it was swell.”
“Good.”
“Patricia...I see you meet some new friends.”
“You are?” asked Xiaoyu at the nice looking young man who was standing beside Patricia.
“I am Michael Mendez, nice to meet you, girls.”
“Same here...I am Ling Xiaoyu and this is my good friend, Alisa.”
“Alisa...And your last name is...”
“Oh, it’s a little complicated to pronounce...Just call her Alisa would do.”
“Sure, sure.”
“Hey, Pat.”
Patricia looks behind and Shirley Nguyen, Anna O’Connor, Veronica Li and Vivian Rosenthal. Xiaoyu was quite annoyed to see all the girls standing before her much taller than she was.
“Man, they sure are tall...I wonder why is that?”
“Say, Vivian...You’ve been working out well.”
“Thanks, Shirley.”
“You are...”
“Girls of class 10A...I am Shirley Nguyen. Nice to meet you and these are my friends...”began Shirley as the other girls individually introduce themselves.
“I am Anna O’Connor.”
“I am Veronica Li.”
“And I am Vivian Rosenthal...It’s a pleasure.”
“Likewise.”
“So, what are you guys into? I mean, in school activities?”
“Well, I am into many things and I am the um...The writer/editor/publisher for the school newspaper and newsletter.”
“Oh, I see...A reporter?”
“Journalist.”
“Right.”
“I am in the art, handcraft, movie/acting and I am a cheerleader myself.”
“Really?”
“Yes.”
“Anna is a born dancer...She’s very good and might consider in going in becoming a professional dancer.”
“Shirley, please.”
“Or might consider in signing up for the television show called: ‘Dancing with the stars’.”
“Shirley...No need to mention that.” snapped Anna looking rather irked at Shirley spilling her parts of her intentions.
“Sorry, I was on a roll, Anna.”
“That’s quite all right...Force of habit of you being a reporter...I mean, a journalist and all.”
“Veronica, is it?”
“Yes...”began Veronica as Patricia politely tells them that their second period is waiting for them and best be on their way before the worse shall happen.
“Hey, girls...Better get going before we are in trouble.”
“Thanks, Pat...So, shall we can walk and talk then?”
“That would be great.”
“Let’s go.”

Therefore, all the girls including Xiaoyu and Alisa heads off to the science labs and continues to have their friendly conversations.
“So, um...Veronica?”
“Yes, Xiaoyu?”
“What is it that you like to do?”
“Well, I like Anna am into handcraft and of course, my favourite, gymnastics.”
“Yes, she looks forward that one day she would...” began Shirley as Veronica gives her a firm and stern look that made Shirley cease what she was about to say.
“Never mind.”
“Vivian, is it?” asked Alisa as all the girls decide to walk down the stairs instead of taking the elevator and many other students does the same probably because an elevator would take longer than walking up or down.
“Yes, Alisa.”
“So, what do you like to do?”
“I am a cheerleader.”
“Just a cheerleader?”
“Yes...I sometimes work out at the gym.”
“How often?”
“Oh, two to three hours after school and every one and a half hours on the weekend.”
“Wow...You look quite well-built.”
“Thanks for the compliment.”
“Don’t mention it.”
The group of girls finally arrives outside the science labs and Shirley along with her fellow classmates head to science lab one where they waited outside in two neat lines for their teacher, Professor Cuthbert Calculus to arrive. Samuel Wong and Joey Houston make sure everyone was in their top form and not to misbehave until Professor Calculus arrived.
“Remember, guys...The usual. In top form and look well behaved.”
“Aye!”
“No slacking...Ernest Chan!”
“Yes, Josephine!”
Ernest stands up straighter as Adrian and Chris in front and behind looks at him with a curious look.
“Are you having chewing gum?!”
“Uh, no...I am...”
“Chris, is he?”
“He most certainly is, Joey.”
“Spit it out and put it in the bin.”
“Yes, Miss. Joey.” replied Ernest sulking and quite cynical at Chris for doping him in as he steps out of line and spits his blue coloured chewing gum into the bin and walks back in between Chris and Adrian.
“Good.”

At the same time, class 10B was lining up in almost the same fashion as class 10A was but Patroklos as a little difficult with some of his fellow classmates like Yukiho, Asuka and Iori. Lili herself reluctantly helps him and when Lili mentions the subject of her liking Alex and he would be hers Asuka downright becomes incensed.
“Dear me, Asuka Kazama...Wait till Alex Choi over there sees you in such a naughty mood. He would never show interest to you.”
“Hey! How dare you speak to me like that?!”
“Says you!”
“Says me.”
“Guys, please...Cut it out!”
“Shut it, Talim.”
“Hey!” uttered Simon as he literally manages to get the hotheaded girls under control with Asuka and Lili’s tempers subsiding. “Jeez, Lili...You are suppose to be a class rep of the class and yet your conduct is very unsatisfactory.”
“Hey, what about you, Simon? You were once a major in an army and yet you got yourself dishonorable discharge.”
“That is not true...I left the force of my own choice!”
Simon looked angry as Xiaoyu wonders why as unbeknownst to Xiaoyu, Simon Law was once a major of the military group of G Corporation headed by none other than the evil Kazuya Mishima. He left the force as seeing Kazuya was such an evil man with a ruthless heart and has no goodness at all within him. Simon defected to Alcazar and in exchange for information about G Corporation, Simon was allowed to stay in the school, which he calls home. He was allowed to a student without charge and also become a trainer for agents in close hand to hand combat as well as weapons.
“Your own choice?”
“What’s going on here?”
Suddenly, Maxi, one of the most strict but kind-hearted prefects appear as he was just on his way to the library to attend a lecture made by Tintin speaking about success and failure. He stops by knowing he could sense trouble from a block or so away.
“Is there a problem here?”
“Uh, no.” replied Lili lying right in front of Maxi’s face but Maxi however was quite capable in telling if the person speaking to him was lying as do Simon himself who knows a thing or two about reading people’s expressions.
“You are lying, Lili...There is a problem here between you and Simon here. Ain’t that right, buddy?”
“Yes, indeed.”
“Well, what can I say...I am sorry for insulting you, Simon.”
“Apology accepted.”
“Good...I trust we can all be good buddies again. Patrick.”
“Maxi.”
“How’s your class?”
“Oh...Quite all right I guess. Average.”
“Right...Later then. I don’t want to be late for Mr. Tintin’s lecture.”
“Lecture? What’s he going to talk about?”
“Well, success and failure.”
“That?”
“It will be interesting.”
“Oh, I wish I could be there.”
“I know...Later.”

Maxi therefore rushes off to the library at top speed as both Hilde and Xianghua his two friends were waiting outside the building itself waiting patiently for him. Patroklos glances back at his fellow classmates as Asuka and Lili looked at each other with an intense rival look. Eri, Iori and Yukiho were having a chat together about what fashion clothes that they like on television. Xiba and Leo looked around at the school grounds wondering how the rest of the day would fare? Sure enough, their science teacher, Professor Phostle has arrived and he was an elderly man with a baldhead and some white hair, glasses and wore his black tie suit with a white lab coat over what he was wearing and finally science and other books in his hands. He was quite friendly and a great scientist but has a temper of throwing books at people who does not show him the proper respect.
“Morning, class...I see you are all looking quite well.”
“Morning, Professor Phostle.”
“Well, nice to see you students all in a cheerful and happy mood.”
“We are, sir.”
“Glad to hear it, young Patrick...Now where is our two new students?”
“Sir!”
Xiaoyu shoots up her hand as Alisa mimics exactly what she was doing.
“Professor Phostle.”
“Ah, nice to meet you...Your names are?”
“Ling Xiaoyu.”
“Alisa Bosconovitch.”
“Very pretty names...Now let us go inside and get cracking on the subject of science. This lesson we will learn about mass and weight in much greater detail. Follow me.”
“Mass and weight?”
“Yes, Xiaoyu...It’s telling what much an object weights and what force and gravity is being defined.”
“What?”
“Never mind...You will understand it soon enough.”
“Oh, I better before I...Oh no!”
“What? What is it?”
“I forgot to see Captain Haddock about the History work that we missed.”
“Well, never mind...You can see him during morning tea or lunch time.”
“That’s right...You are absolutely right, Alisa.”
“Hey, girls...Care to join us?” asked Patroklos as all the students except for him, Xiaoyu and Alisa have already gone inside.
“Oh, sorry.”
“Never mind...I think you have to sit in the back rows.”
“The back rows?”
“Yes, most of the good and best ones have already been occupied I am afraid.”
“Oh, that’s okay.”
“Yes, really.”
“Well, let’s go in...And one word of advice, girls.”
“What might that be?”
“Pay attention.”
“Right, I will bear that in mind.”
“Me too.”
“Jolly good...Shall we?”
