Tekken: Rise of the Angel: Chapter 4

Therefore, the top trio, Andy, Michael and Alex quickly get down straight onto their feature article assignments and eventually other small homework exercises from other subjects or previous days. About forty-five minutes later, Michael himself had already finished his one and afterwards he carries on with the other homework exercises from the other subjects whereas Alex and Andy were too halfway through theirs.
“I’ve got about 230 words...You, Alex?”
“Well, 430...Give or take a word or two.”
“Show off.” grunted Andy scoffing with him mumbling to himself while Alex and Michael chuckles as Alex himself was quite ahead of him. Michael then asks Alex if he could borrow the newspapers he took from the newspaper rack that was close to the library door.
“Say, Alex...Mind if I borrow the papers for a quick read?”
“Sure.”
“Thanks.”
Michael then takes one of the newspapers, the ‘Sydney Morning Herald’ and looks at the article at the very first page.
“Hmm...Most interesting.”
“What’s on today’s news?”
“Oh, not much...Just a drug scandal of two to three NRL league players from a well-known team believed to have taken certain types of drugs to help them in matches.”
“Really? So, how did the investigation go?”
“Well, the players are said to be suspended for any more games as the investigation by police continues.”
“That’s it?”
“That’s all there is for this article...” began Michael as he turns over the page and reads the next set of articles from shark sightings at Bondi to passengers complaining of trains not arriving on time for them to go to work.
“Listen to this...Train commuters are complaining of trains arriving ten to twenty minutes late than their normal arrival time.”
“What suburbs are those?”
“Mostly in the city, Andy.”
“Boy, I am glad I ain’t taking the train at morning peak hours.”
“Me too.”
Sure enough, someone knocks on their seminar door and it was none other than a good friend of theirs as well as the student librarian, Ken Brodie.
“Hey, guys...Ken’s at the door.” uttered Alex as he catches sight of him first.
“Wonder what he wants?” asked Andy scratching the back of his head while Michael drops what he was reading.
“Let’s find out.” replied Michael as he waves at Ken as he opens the door and comes inside.
“Guys.”
“Ken, what’s up?”
Ken Brodie was a student and fellow classmate in class 10A. He was very book smart and very much into books and library management working alongside his girlfriend whom they like Sam and Joey keep their relationship on a professional level at school but enjoy some quality time together outside of school grounds. Ken wasn’t into sports despite he was in the ‘Rugby Club’. With his fitness levels aren’t as good as most of his fellow classmates but he does have good pointers of strategy of how to win in playing indoor soccer, rugby and basketball. This made his friends and teammates respect him as a strategist earning him the nickname: ‘The Brodie Strategist’.
“Hey, buddy...How are you doing?”
“I am fine, Andy...Listen, there’s trouble outside.”
“Trouble? What kind of trouble?”
“Cat just got a peek of a bunch of girls waiting downstairs in front of the library building.”
“Cat? How is she?”
“She’s good, Alex.”
Ken’s girlfriend, Catalina Mastrogiorgio was a sweet and somewhat shy girl who like Ken himself was deep into books and managing the library. She herself was the head of the library club and the actual librarian of the school ironically she was a student but the three heads of the school grant her the authority to look after the library even during school hours. This would explain of how Catalina is rarely seen during class with her fellow classmates but she and Alcazar have worked out how to manage her hours with her handling three and a half days; Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday with her faithful assistant Ken. Ken himself takes charge as librarian for Catalina for the remaining days; Tuesday and Wednesday and Saturday as the library closes on Sunday. Alcazar allows the two of them to give the other notes and exercises they had missed in class on those days and amazing they catch up and do remarkably well like the rest of their class.
“I guess you and her have good hours and days worked out together to run this large library.”
“Yeah, sometimes I still come in and give her a hand.”
“Ain’t you a good boyfriend.”
“Please, Andy...Listen, there’s something very urgent that I need to tell you all.”
“Tell us what? You said earlier there are a bunch of girls waiting outside the library building, right?”
“Yes, it is the recently made fan club of Alex.”
“Oh no...Not that Lili French and alluring girl again.” grumbled Andy angrily.
“It would seem so...She and many other girls not the ones in our class are all outside waiting to pounce on Alex.”
“Pounce?”
“Subdue, Michael...Maybe it is a more proper word to use.”
“I reckon so.”
“So, how would we get out of here? I think I would like to finish off my homework in peace and quiet rather than have girls of a crazy fan club breathing down my neck.”
“I concur, Andy.” replied Alex who has a suggestion that the best decisive action for them all was to get out of here and head back to their dormitories but it would require a bit of a walk. “Let’s head back to our dormitories. It would be safer for all of us.”
“Yes, me and Michael will head back to mine and you can head back to yours.”
“Ken, is there a back way out of here?”
“Um...Officially there’s no back way out of here.”
“Then unofficially?”
“There’s a fire exit, two elevators not counting the one out there and a service elevator...The fire exits are for an emergency and the service elevator is to allow myself and Cat to transport books.”
“What about the elevator that we students and staff could use?”
“Sorry, Andy...But it is currently under maintenance. Deputy Principal Carreidas has maintenance people fix it and would most likely be operation once more by this evening or tomorrow.”
“That’s good and bad.”
“I think this qualifies for us as an emergency to use the fire exit stairs.”
“Right. I will check outside to see how things are faring.”
“Yeah, you do that, Ken.”
Ken heads out of the seminar room as he meets up with Catalina who gradually informs him that Lili along with a few of the girls are on their way up while the rest remain downstairs standing guard.
“You sure about this, Cat?”
“Yes, that Lili is quite tactical and all.”
“Right, we must buy time for Alex and the others.”
“I agree...I hate the fact of those girls being too obsessed of taking advantage of Alex. It makes me and the rest of the girls in our class sick.”
“I couldn’t agree more with you, Cat...Well spoken.”
“Thanks, Ken. You help them and I will delay them.”
“Of course.”

Therefore, Catalina goes to her office and gets out the sign stand that was neatly tucked in the small store room, the sign itself read: ‘This level of the library is closed due to book sorting in progress...Please come back later’.
“This should come in handy.”
She takes out the sign stand and carries it out of her office and puts it right outside the small corridor of where the outside elevator was. Meanwhile, Ken leads his three friends to the fire exit and opens the door.
“There you go...Best of luck.”
“Thanks, Ken...We all owe you.”
“No need, Andy...This is what friends do for each other.”
“Well, I guess you are right.”
“Come on, Andy...Let’s go. Unless you want to stay and keep the girls in company in my place...”
“No, no...I rather go and fight bad guys then face them, Alex.”
“Okay.”
“Go, guys!...I think they might be outside the doors.”
“Catch you later, Ken.”
“Yeah, think of dropping by at the cafe this evening?”
“Perhaps...Later, guys.”

Therefore, Andy, Michael and Alex race down the fire exit stairs carrying their school bags and things with Ken closing the door behind them.
“Think the girls know we are making a back staging exit?”
“I do not want to know, Michael...Let’s get the heck back to our dorms and fast.”
“Right you are, Andy.”
“So, what are you two going to make this evening?”
“You have any special requests for this evening’s dinner meal, Alex?”
“Not exactly...But something curry would be good.”
“Oh, I love curry.”
“Me too...Maybe added some beef with sliced mushrooms and chopped up carrots. What a good dinner meal.”
“Okay, we’ve reached the ground floor, guys.”
“Stand back, Alex...Let me take a peek outside to see if it is clear.”
“Very well, Andy.”
“Oh, you guys might want to grab the back of my belt.”
“What for?”
“So, if those fan club girls of Alex Choi are about...A quick yank back will keep us safe and sound.”
“And be undiscovered.”
“Right, Michael...Okay, you guys ready?”
“Ready.”
Andy then has Alex take his stuff as he then rubs his hands together and gently turns the doorknob and opens the fire exit door that leads out to the school grounds as just opposite of the library building was the large and dull brick colored recreation building. The building itself was built in 1985. It has a large auditorium for 5,000 people along with a great hall, which was built in 1975. The auditorium has a very large screen and can play movies. It also included a stage for students and people to do performances.
“Okay, the recreation building and...” began Andy turning his head left and then right. “Whew, all clear. As clean as my toilets.”
“So, we good to go?”
“Yeah, Alex...You better go first.”
“Why may I ask?”
“If the girls that are still downstairs see you then we can all get back inside like bring home the bacon.”
“You certainly have a sense of humour, Andy.”
“Come on...Let’s go.”
“Right.”
The three of them heads out and fortunately the girls of Alex’s fan club didn’t see them however someone was strolling by and bumps into them.
“Well, what a pleasant surprise.”
“Senior Maxi.”
Maxi was a year twelve student, two years above them and school head prefect. He was a tall and serious looking young man with a thug-like face. He has dark brown hair and slightly tanned skin and wore a slightly different but almost the same uniform as the three of them with the exception the tie as it was black instead of gray with his prefect badge pinned on his blazer.
“What are you guys doing here and did you just came out from the fire exit?”
“Well...”
“The thing is...”
“We were in a spot of...”
All three of them were in a tangle as Maxi then strictly tells them what he was going to say next.
“You know it is forbid to use fire exits unless it is an emergency or when both elevators not including the service one blacks out. Last I check one of the elevators is still working.”
The three best friends knew they were in a spot of trouble as prefects as well as the school captain and vice captains eventually have the authority to carry out suitable punishable or penalties and must report it straight away afterwards to the discipline master, General Alcazar. Despite Maxi being stern and strict he can be kind and caring especially to those he deems are respectful and courteous.
“So, what’s your excuse?”
“Well, it’s those girls from the fan club organized by that French Lili Rochefort girl.”
“Ah, I see.”
“We are just trying to get out before they find us.”
Maxi then chuckles slightly and finds this to be quite amusing.
“So, that’s the reason.”
“Yeah, it’s the truth.”
“Okay, you guys can go. I never saw you coming out.”
Andy, Michael and Alex eventually smile and were relief of their senior helping them makes a clean getaway.
“Thanks, senior.”
“Anytime...I will have someone take care of them. Give them a good warning.”
“Yeah, you do that...Later.”

Therefore, the three of them quickly head back to their dormitories located at block number eight where the dormitory building was for year nine and ten students.
“Do you think they saw us?”
“I wouldn’t want to stay and find out, Alex.” replied Andy still power walking and not looking back.
“We are here...Home sweet home.”
The three quickly make their way to the elevators with one of them using their security card to activate the elevators. Sure enough, the elevator in front of them opens and the three quickly rushes inside.
“Going up.” uttered Andy sarcastically as Michael presses the number (12) on the elevator panel and afterwards the close doors button before the elevators closes before them.
“So, let’s finish off the rest of our homework back in our dorms.”
“Guess I will catch you guys later.”
“Okay, Alex...Come by to the cafe this evening. We could use a hand.”
“Sure...I think I will drop by at around six to quarter past six.”
“Good...We will see you there.”
The elevator then arrives at their destinated floor with the doors open and the three best friends making their way out. Alex heads back to his dormitory room: ‘1205’ and opens the door using his security pass and both Andy and Michael arrives outside the dormitory room: ‘1204’, which was located right next door to where Alex and another sort-of good friend lives together.
“Later then.”
“Later.”
“Hey, say hi to Ernest for us.”
“Of course, Andy.”
Alex watches as Andy and Michael heads straight into their dormitory as Alex heads into his to find his roommates Ernest Chan was watching television as he was still wearing his uniform but his shirt’s untucked and tie loosen.
“Ernest, I am back.”
“Hey, buddy...Listen, we’ve run out of bread so could you...”
“Get some? That won’t be a problem.”
“Much appreciated it.”
Ernest Chan was a rather lazy and easy going attitude young man who has pink hair and generally wears some black or gray stylish clothing and his school uniform was often untidy with shirt tucked out, tie loosen and shoes not polished. He was quite smart however but rarely displays it.
“So, how are going with your clubs?”
“Which one, Alex?”
“Oh, I don’t know...Manga?”
“It’s fine...Hey, I have the best idea of a manga cartoon.”
“What is it?”
“It’s um...It’s top secret.”
“Right, I will wait for the surprise.”
“That’s right.”

Alex then puts his stuff on his desk that was located near the door and then hops onto his single size bed as he and Ernest sleeps in single beds rather double deck bunk beds. He takes off his shoes and then gently lies down on his bed.
“Say, have you finished your homework?”
“Uh...No.”
“The quicker you get it the better.”
“I know, I know. Besides, I have already thought out exactly what I wanted to write.”
“What might that be?”
“Oh, I don’t know...Ferries.”
“Ferries?”
Ernest notices that Alex was a little astonished when he said he was going to write his article based on ‘ferries’.
“Wow...That’s um. That’s very fulfilling.”
“Do I sense something in your voice...Like hesitation.”
“Well, one thing for sure it is not hesitation.”
“Okay, then enlighten me...Tell me what’s on your mind?”
Alex then sits up on his bed with Ernest using the remote control and turns the television off.
“Well, I am all ears.”
Alex takes a deep breath and say what was on his mind.
“I just find it ironic that Andy is writing on his feature article the very same topic that you have chosen.”
“That’s quite a coincidence.”
“Indeed. However, you make sure you write yours in...”
“Completely different than his and who knows how many others in our class who have picked that as their topic of interest...Yes, I know.”
“Good, good to know.”
Alex smirks with a smile as seeing Ernest maybe lazy and inert but in truth he has great talent and a most creative mind. However, he rarely gets serious, which was much to the bewilderment of the teachers.
“I think I will get on that right away.”
“The feature article?”
“What else? Besides, it’s only a 500-word article. That should be a piece of cake.”
“Nice to see you are getting serious.”
“Well, if you say so.”
“I guess I better start on mine too.”
“Right, when you are done...”
“I know, go out and get some bread and possibly other grocery things.”
“Good to know.”

Meanwhile, Sophie herself packs her sports bag and heads straight out of her dormitory dressed in a dark green coloured sports tracksuit. She makes her way straight to the sports centre building destinated block number five. The sports centre itself was built in the year 1975 and has six floors in total. The building centre itself has a large gymnasium located on the second floor with one of the three gyms located in the building. There’s also 12 badminton courts on level three, 6 basketball courts located on level four with the second gym. There’s four dance studios on the fifth floor and 3 dojos on the sixth floor, which includes a roof training area. Last but not least was a 50-meter swimming pool located at level 1 of the building with the last of three gyms, which including a spa and sauna. Sophie arrives at the front entrance of the building and very first thing she does was use her security pass to get inside the locked doors and into the small reception area where one or two of Alcazar’s Picaros was stationed here as internal security guards.
“Hello.”
“Ma’am.”
“I have special permission to use the sports facility from General Alcazar.”
“You have the permission form, ma’am?”
“Affirmative.”
Sophie then gets out the permission form that Alcazar had given her and he himself signs it. The Picaro guards eventually granted her use of the facilities.
“Thank you...You may use these facilities of the building as long as you want...If you need anything from us we will be outside.”
“Understood...Carry on.”
“Aye, ma’am.”
Sophie once more uses her security pass to get into the swimming pool where she could smell the pool chloride, the substance used to keep the pool water cleansed. She then puts down her sports bag on one of the sitting benches and slowly unzips her tracksuit top and inside was her school issued black swimsuit. She proceeds to take off her track trousers and shoes. Once she has done that, she puts them right in her sports bag.
“Okay, time to do some training.”
Sophie then gets her pair of school issued swimming goggles from her sports bag as well as her black hair elastic string to tie up her hair into a neat ponytail. Once she does so she takes off her green headband and puts it in her sports bag.
“I only hope Shirley and the others will do all right without me tonight.” said Sophie as she shows concern for her friends and fellow agents but trusts in herself that they can do their job as well as she could. She knew that she must have faith in them.
“I have faith in them...They can do their part as well as me.”
Sophie afterwards heads to the deep end of the pool and she first does some do some warm-up routines with her arms and legs by standing and lying on the marble and cold ground. After five or so minutes, she then stands on the diving block numbered: 4 and first glances to see the pool has let down its anti-turbulence ropes, which helps reduce waves between the lanes. The first thing Sophie does was stand with her feet together with her toes curled at the pool edge and she bends her knees and hips slightly, with her own weight pushed forwards and her head and neck curved down with her looking at her toes. Afterwards, she remembering from reading a book on swimming and diving makes a perfect plunge into the water and she begins to swim from the deep end, which was about 3.3 meters deep to the shallow end where it’s depth was just about one meter and five centimeters. She does freestyle strokes as it was the stroke she was most comfortable with and her best stroke. She has entered some swimming comps in the school and won a few ribbons on first, second and third. Right now, she was training herself and taking time off prior to Alcazar’s given order. Sophie reaches the shallow end and performs a somersault and promptly swims her way back to the deep end.

Meanwhile, the agents of the defense force were all outside the reception area of the admin building. They were all dressed in their school uniforms and wore light-weight keviar inside their school shirts that was manufactured by one of the most genius students in the school and of the famous class 10A: Sean Gray. He was apparently the defensive forces’ equipment supervisor, manufacturer and gadget-making master (much like Q in the Bond films). He was highly praised by many of the students of the school and in particular the ones from his own class. Shirley and her fellow classmates whom too were agents of the defensive force waited patiently for their discipline master to arrive. One of the girls whom looked like a tomboy asks Shirley whether Andy and Michael would come as well since they too are agents of the defensive force. That tomboy girl was Patricia Wong, Michael Mendez’s girlfriend. She had yellow hair that was cut quite short with a fair beautiful looking face and wore her full winter school uniform with her weapon, a 92FS pistol strap underneath her green skirt. Patricia herself was trained in the martial arts and was a member of the cheerleading team with eleven others from her own class.
“Hey, Shirley.”
“What’s up, Pat?”
“Ain’t Mike and Andy here as well? I mean they too are agents of the defensive force.”
“I don’t know...Maybe they have to open up the cafe or something.”
“If they are...Shouldn’t they have told the general?”
“I reckon they did.”
“Suppose they did not.”
“Ah, here comes the general himself.”
“And a few guys are with him.”

The agents consists all girls notices their discipline master has arrived still dressed in the same suit as he put on this morning. Behind him were four young men, the school captain of the school, Hong Yun-Sung. He had a tanned face and skin with fair dark brown hair and won the senior year school uniform with the school captain’s badge pinned to his tie. The other was Maxi, one of the esteem and strict head perfect and the third was none other than Samuel Wong with the last one being Sean Gray himself, who had a simply nickname: ‘Doc’. He was a young man with brown hair and tanned skin as he originates from Hawaii before moving to Australia. At the age of 5, he was already very smart and intelligent and had a brilliant scientific mind with him hand-making a wind mill and rain barometer. He excel in science, physics, biology, engineering and chemistry with him being one of the smartest guys in the class and can often go neck to neck with Andy, Michael and Alex. He literally has no love interest but since getting to know his fellow classmates Susan Smith, the two began to show interest and professional love for each other sometimes working together at the science lab on a project. He was currently studying a part-time off campus course of forensics science at a private college in the city as Carreidas and Alcazar had pull some strings to do so. Sean was wearing the very same uniform as Sam with the only exception that he wore a white lab coat over his school uniform with the logo: ‘MPGA’.
“Girls, sorry to keep you waiting.”
“Sir!”
All girls stood straight as Alcazar then asks them all to accompany him and the boys to the elevators. Sure enough, Alex Choi and two more of his fellow friends and classmates arrived right on schedule much to Alcazar’s amusement.
“Sir, we are here.”
“Ah, Alex...Right on time. That’s a good well done with timing.”
“Thank you, sir.”
“Ah, Kevin...Chris. I am glad you could join us.”
“Sorry, sir...I had to use the men’s room.”
“Yes, I had to help someone along the way, sir.”
“Oh, okay.”
Kevin Lam and Chris Peasley were also members of the school’s secret defensive force alongside Alex, Andy, Michael and a few other boys in their own class. Kevin was a sporty young man with a neatly cut groomed coloured dark brown hair and wore his neat and tidy school uniform. He was good pals with Alex, Andy, Michael and a few others in their class and was active in the school clubs of: Tennis, Music and Drama. Kevin himself has someone whom he likes and that very someone likes him too and for some reason he keeps this to himself. The other, Chris was also a sports kind of person and he too was kind of alike to Kevin with the noble exception of having a bit tanned skin and his tie was slightly loosened. He was friends with four other sporty guys who were often called: ‘The Sport Boys Quartet’. Chris himself was active in the soccer and music club and recently he has taken up ninja arts and kung fu training under someone who was about the same age as they were and this person was special in some way. Literally, Chris gets along well with the ‘Three Musketeers’ and sometimes tag along to keep each other company. Alcazar then checks his roll of agents and notices a few weren’t present as most of those few have already told him earlier that they have something to do.
“Alex, has Andy and Michael...”
“Yes, sir...They are opening the cafe and that’s what I wanted to tell you.”
“Well, at least they send a messenger...That is good. Okay, where’s the twins?”
“Twins?”
“Yes, Michelle and Ivy Lau.”
Alcazar looks around and notices that the twin girls Michelle and Ivy Lau are not among them.
“Hmm...Where are they?”
Sure enough, someone comes and it was a girl prefect by the name of Hildegard Von Krone (She likes people to just call her ‘Hilde’ because she has a long formal name and some people find it hard to pronounce it). Hilde was once a girl with long purple hair but she recently had a haircut and was now a brunette with shorter hair. She was dressed in the full girl’s winter uniform with her ribbon being a different coloured than all the other girls’ present as senior year girls wear a black ribbon on their collars and she has her prefect badge neatly pinned on her blazer.
“General, sir.”
“Hilde, what is it?”
“I came with a message from Deputy Principal Carreidas.”
“Really? What is the message?”
“He has asked both Michelle and Ivy to accompany as bodyguards to Canberra for a special conference and will come back by tomorrow night.”
“I uh...I see.”
Apparently, Carreidas too had a hand of charge in the school’s secret defense force.
“Is that all, Hilde?”
“Uh, yes sir...That is all.”
“Well, thank you, Hilde...Carry on.”
“Yes, sir.”
Hilde then salutes the general and heads off while Alcazar directs the others to follow him to the elevators.
“Agents, follow me.”
“Aye aye.”

Therefore, Alcazar leads the young boy and girl secret agents of the defensive force to the elevators and he first uses his swipe card to activate the elevators and a split second later the elevator doors open.
“Okay, we can’t all fit in there so I will have to ask some of you to wait here and I will take you down afterwards.”
“Yes, sir.”
“Okay, all girls follow me, please.”
“Aye aye.”
Alex and the small group of boys waited as Alcazar gets into the elevator with a dozen of so girls and Alcazar presses the B5 button that goes straight down to the basement level number five. Once they have, Alcazar escorts them pass glass doors and corridors with his men, the Picaros doing supplies sorting of food rations and packing them in boxes ready to ship overseas in a large sorting room. He escort the girls through another set of double glass doors and he once again had to use his swipe card and afterwards had to insert a private six-digital code. All the girls including the alluring and sometimes nosy Shirley turning their heads and not look while Alcazar enters his own personal six-digital combination code.
“No peeking, girls.”
“No peeking it is, general.” replied Shirley with a confident smile on her face.
“Good to know.”
Alcazar then finishes entering the code and the glass doors open and inside was a large situation plus a twenty-inch rectangular conference table with a shelf of a couple of plastic water bottles with at least a dozen or so glass cups. There’s also a large metal teapot with two glass jars with one filled with teabags, the other with white sugar and some utensils placed beside them in a white colored plastic tray. There was a small fridge underneath and inside was two bottles of milk, half a dozen cans of soft drinks and Tim Tam original favour biscuits. Alcazar sat in his usual seat, which was at the head of the table with him putting his large manila but sealed green file on the desk as he had carried with him when he came.
“Okay, girls...Wait here and I will go and get the boys.”
“Understood, sir.”
“Oh, Patricia.”
“Yes, sir?”
“Would you hold onto those files for me? Under no circumstances open them until I come back.”
“As you command, general.”
“Thanks...I shan’t be long.”
Alcazar then stands up and heads back out of the conference room and the way he came. Once he was gone, Shirley unwitting wonders what was in that green sealed file?
“Hmm...What could in that file?”
“Whatever it is...It is strictly confidential.”
“I take your word for it, Pat.”
“Good to hear, Shirley.”
“Say, wonder what the general wants us to do?” asked a girl by the name of Anna O’Connor.
“I don’t know...Maybe it is a simple assignment or it could be a complicated one.” replied another girl called Veronica Li.
“Okay, I understand.”
Anna was a rather timid but easygoing girl as she had a short hair cut with blue hair and her talents lies in Irish dancing. However, at the same time, she has started learning kung fu and martial arts from the very same person that trained Chris as well as Andy, Alex and many others in their class. She had a very close friendship relation with none other than Veronica herself being her roommate and best friend. Veronica herself was into gymnastics and likes to practice using a green ribbon as well as cheerleading. She too like Anna had taken an interest in kung fu and through the very same person that trained several others in her class as she was interested in kempo and a bit of kick boxing fighting. Veronica looked quite beautiful much like Anna and the other girls in the class with her having a short pink jagged hair cut much like Anna did and her personality can be almost the same as Sophie Barkman herself. She is generally friendly but when it comes to fighting she is downright serious but looks outgoing when she’s cheerleading as she too was into it much like Anna and a few others.
“Say...Anyone here want to have a drink? Water, tea?”
“Thanks, Jenny...We can um...We can manage.”
“Whatever you say, Shirley.”
Another girl in the school’s secret defense force was Jenny Kim as she too was a beautiful girl with fair dark brown long hair. Jenny was active in the swimming, dancing and drama club and was good friends with Veronica and Anna. She like them was in the cheerleading team and like Patricia she had a pistol strap underneath her green skirt, a police issued .308 pistol with seven rounds. Jenny too was trained in kung fu by that same person that had trained others in her class.
“Let’s keep our fingers crossed.”
“Okay, they are crossed, Jenny.” replied Kathy as she too was an agent of the defence force and was crossing her legs back and forth several times.
“I think I will get myself a drink.”
“I concur, Pat.”

Therefore, Patricia and Kathy both head to the fridge and both got out a can of Pepsi.
“You want to drink it in a glass or...”
“I think a glass would be fine, Pat.”
“Me too...It tastes better doesn’t it?”
“I think so...Drinking them out of an aluminum can does taste a bit...”
“Odd?”
“Weird...Kind of weird.”
“I uh...I see.”
Shirley stretches her arms as Jenny asks her about her boyfriend Simon Law and why he hasn’t come to the meeting since he too was an agent of the school’s secret defense force.
“Say, Shirley?”
“Yeah, what is it, Jenny?”
“Any reason why Simon didn’t come?”
“I don’t know.”
“You don’t know...Well, that’s a surprise.”
“I did call him on my mobile about an hour ago.”
“And?”
“And he said he will come.”
“Now that you mention it...Where’s Sophie?”
“Yeah, our top agent is not here...That’s a big surprise.” uttered Anna rubbing her hands together gently.
“Yes, without here...Our morale will plummet down.”
“No, it won’t, Kathy.” replied Shirley. “We are still strong, remember. We just need to have faith in ourselves.”
“So, Shirley...What would Sophie be not here with us?”
“I can answer that.”
All the girls turn and found that General Alcazar has returned with the boy agents as they took the remaining empty seats.
“The reason our top agent is not here is because I gave her some time off.”
“You think that is wise, sir?” asked Veronica sounding serious and concerned.
“I do, Veronica...She’s work very hard in these past two weeks so I reckon she could take some time off the field.”
“I um...I see.”
“Okay, is everyone here and comfortable?” asked Alcazar looking at his fellow students and agents with them all nodding in agreement.
“Good...Let us get started.”
“Oh, I have something to say, sir.”
“What might that be, Shirley?”
“Why isn’t Simon here?”
“Simon Law, yes?”
“Yes, I called him to come since he was one of us and...”
“Ah, I see your point. Well, the reason that he is not here is because I had previously assigned him to another important duty.”
“Which is?”
“He’s at the security booth station located about three floors above us. As you know, he’s still got a price on his head from G Corp.”
“G Corp...You mean?”
“Yes, girls...Simon Law as you know was once a major in the G Corp run by Kazuya Mishima.”
“Oh, he’s a very bad man.”
“Indeed, Kathy...So bad that Simon left him and decides to seek sanctuary here. He told me why he came and bears some of the military tactics that G Corp would use, which did became very handy. So, in order to protect him, the three heads including yours truly allowed him to stay as a student here and also allow to have a post as one of the school’s secret defense force agents and a valuable asset in helping with military tactics and strategies.”
“I um...I understand perfectly, sir.”
“That’s a good girl, Kathy.”
“So, sir...Shall we get started then?” asked Yun-Sung as he, Sam and Maxi take the last vacant seats that were at the other end of the table with Yun-Sung sitting at the other end, being the school captain’s chair and all with him looking very relaxed and restful. There was still one chair vacant and that was the chair where Sophie would sit when she’s here and no one sits on it knowing all too well she would not like it if someone had sat there.
“So, no one is going sit in that vacant spot?”
“No, sir...That seat has been already taken.” replied Shirley with a serious look on her face.
“Exactly...Now let us get started. Patricia, if you please?”
“Of course, sir.”
“Thank you...Now let us open these sealed orders.”
“From?”
“Interpol...I have some friends there, Patricia.”
“Of course, sir.”

Alcazar opens up the green file by taking off with the word: ‘Confidential’ written in red on it. He opens it and inside he reads the mission report of he has to assign his agents.
“Okay, it seems very straight forward.”
“What is it, sir?” asked Maxi sounding concern.
“Nothing, Maxi...Interpol just send us news that G Corporation is apparently remaining quiet and all.”
“You mean officially they are remaining quiet?”
“Indeed, Shirley...But in truth some search units of G Corporation apparently posing as civilians have been reported all over the world even here.”
“What might be their purpose, general?”
“Well, Interpol doesn’t know but I have got word earlier from an old friend in Hong Kong, a police inspector by the name of Lei Wu Long.”
“Lei Wu Long...A police inspector and a participant of the recently 6th Iron Fist tournament?”
“Yes, Alex.”
“What news did he tell you, general?”
“Well, he got some inside information when he and a few buddies of his manage to capture and interrogate one of the G Corporation search groups.”
“What would be their mission objective, sir?” asked Veronica.
“Well, Veronica...They are currently searching the whereabouts of Heihachi Mishima.”
“Heihachi Mishima? You mean the father of Kazuya Mishima. Head of G Corporation?”
“That’s right, Chris. Lei also told me that one of the search units is here right in Australia but he doesn’t know which state that they are in.”
“They could be here, sir.”
“Precisely...So, we must keep a sharp eye out and keep our wits about us, understood?”
“Sir, yes sir!”
“Good to hear...So, this is the main assignment for all of you tonight...”
Alcazar takes a brief moment with all the boy and girl agents paying their utmost attention.
“In teams of two...You will patrol the streets of Sydney. You will be taking the role over the police officers patrolling.”
“Sir, you don’t trust the police?”
“Not the ones here I am afraid, Alex...They are mostly corrupt and are little of help.”
“You are absolutely sure about that, sir?”
“This is my absolutely sure face, Shirley.”
Shirley then looks at General Alcazar closely but all she could see was his usual and normal old dictator days’ face.
“I don’t know, general...You pretty much look the same since your military coup days.”
“Really? Well, never mind about that...Also you all to keep an eye out for Heihachi Mishima.”
“Keep an eye for him, sir?”
“Yes, Chris...If you see him contact me at once.”
“A question, sir.”
“Yes, Yun-Sung?”
“What happens when the lads and gals locate him and after they have contacted you?”
“Well, bring him in for questioning...If we tries to use force then do what it is necessary.”
“But alive and still breathing.”
“Exactly.”
“I am sure the lads and gals won’t have a problem with that, right?”
All the boy and girl agents nodded in agreement but didn’t particularly like Yun-Sung’s slack attitude.
“Sean, would you go to your lab and get the necessary equipment for General Duties?”
“Yes, sir...I will bring them back as soon as possible.”
“That’s a good lad.”
“I um...I shan’t be long.”
“In the meantime, let us take a break and I will then assign the teams to the areas for patrolling tonight.”
“One question, sir?”
“Just one.”
“How about our roles for tonight? You know myself, Maxi and our school captain?”
“I will get to that, Sam...Never fear.”
“Yes, sir.”
“So...” began Alcazar sounding casually as he stands up and begins to stroll over to the shelf area where the small fridge was as well. “Let’s check the fridge and see if there are more than enough drinks for everyone here.”
“Indeed, sir.”

Sean meanwhile makes his way from the basement levels back up to the level 1 floor by taking the elevator using his security swipe card to where his own personal large lab was, which was right next to Susan’s own personal lab. He uses his swipe card once more to get into his own lab where there were many tables, metal closets and storeroom areas. He also had another lab underneath at B1 where he and Susan share it for some other possible like an evidence lockup or other important means. Sean then looks on one of his large and rectangular tables by switching on the desk lamp to see first before he mutters to himself to what he is currently looking for.
“General Duties...General Duties.”
He searches and sees something that was related, the handbook of the General Duties for agents of the school’s defense force.
“Well, this may proof useful and I wonder where...”
“Hey, Sean!”
Sean jumped slightly as Susan appears right behind her as she came from her lab via the door that connects the two labs together.
“Oh, Susan...You scared me.”
“My bad...Never knew you get scared as well, Sean. I thought you were the ‘doc’.”
“Being the ‘doc’ means that I am just a normal human being too, Susan.”
“Point taken...So, you looking for something?”
“Yes, as a matter of fact...You know where I stall the necessary equipment for General Duties by any chance?”
“Well, you forget where you put them?”
“Kind of...I have two assignments that I have to do on forensics science.”
“Oh, how’s that coming along?”
“One is gone but a bit of the second...The second is a practical one and divided into three parts I have to make sure I know what I must do for the assignment...Writing down and memorize the instructions and do them practically and under a time limit.”
“I see...Well, wouldn’t you have put them in a metal closet with the name: ‘General Duties’ written over it?”
“Oh, I almost forgot.”
“Too much scientific stuff clouds your judgement and memory.”
“In a way.”
“Don’t worry...I will get it for you and you do your um...Assignment thingy.”
“Thanks, Susan...You shouldn’t have.”
“That’s okay...I have done my part-time stuff from the course of Certificate IV of Occupational Health and Safety.”
“So, how’s that coming along?”
“Rather well, actually...Two more sessions to go before I get my certificate.”
“I wish you well with that.”
“Thanks...Anyway, you better get cracking on your assignments and I will take care of your um...thing.”
“Yes, you do that, Susan.”

Therefore, Susan goes and finds the metal closet with the label: ‘General Duties’ on it and has to insert a three digital code on the number keypad to unlock it. She promptly inserts the three digital code into the number keypad that only both she and Sean knew as a safety precaution. Once the metal closet was unlocked, Susan opens the closet doors and inside she gets out one of the four plastic alloy containers first and puts it on the table beside. After that, she gets out the second one and puts it right next to where she put the first container.
“Okay, radios are checked...Police belts are also all accounted for.”
Susan then goes and gets out the third container at the bottom that was marked: ‘Badges/ID’ and puts it on the table beside the first two. The police badges with an ID photo of each agent of the school’s defense force pinned beside the golden badge of the ‘MPGA’ school logo would help in verifying their identity.
“Okay, identifications...Check. What else?”
Susan thought about this for a moment and knew that police officers would be safe to carry a police-issued nightstick to help them combat criminals and defend themselves.
“Ah, yes...Nightsticks in the container marked: ‘Police nightsticks.’.”
She gets out the last of the four containers and puts it beside the first three she bought out from the metal closet. First, she has she closes it and the doors themselves automatically lock behind her.
“Okay, it would seem I have got everything that I need. But I can’t carry all this by myself though.”
“Allow me to help, Susan.”
“Oh no...You still got your work to do. You cannot lose your concentration on that practical assignment, Sean.”
“Yes, not get distracted...I get you. You can use the goods trolley in the storeroom if you like.”
“Thank you, Sean.”

Therefore, Susan heads over to the storeroom and opens it and inside was black goods trolley, which was marked neatly with the school’s logo to indicated that it was legitimate school property. She takes it out and pulls it right beside the table where afterwards she puts one container at a time on the goods trolley inside and very soon she had all four containers neatly stacked on the goods trolley itself.
“I will be back.”
“Okay.”
Susan then takes the goods trolley with the containers off to the elevator and quickly gets out her security card and swipes thus activating the elevators. Once the elevator before her has arrived she takes herself and trolley in, which the elevator car itself was large enough to accommodate her and the trolley. Next, she presses the B5 button on the elevator floor panel and shortly afterwards the elevator doors closes before them. Susan waits as the elevator goes down and finally arrives at the floor B5 where she quickly passes through the food/rations sorting areas where the Picaros walking towards the elevator kindly greeted her.
“Hey, ma’am.”
“Ma’am.”
Susan then knocks gently on the glass doors as Alcazar opens them up from the inside himself and he wasn’t particularly surprised to see Susan instead of Sean.
“Hello, Susan?”
“General, sir.”
“I guess either Sean asked you to come or you volunteer yourself to come.”
“Well, either way...I have brought in what you needed.”
Alcazar and the agents all saw what Susan had brought with her, their equipment needed for their ‘General Duties’ patrol at the Sydney streets tonight.
“Ah, thank you, Susan...Carry on.”
“Thank you, sir...Oh, about the trolley...”
“No need to worry...I will bring it back up to you myself.”
“Thank you, general...Goodnight, everyone.”
“Night, Sue!”
“Night, Susan!”

Therefore, Susan leaves as Maxi and Samuel lift the containers from the goods trolley and onto the conference table. Alcazar then checks them all to make absolutely sure that there was more than enough equipment for everyone in the room. Maxi asks the general is everything they need accounted for.
“Sir, is everything...”
“Yes, Maxi...Would you and Yun-Sung pass out all these equipment to everyone here?”
“Of course...Hey, Yun-Sung.”
“Yeah?”
“Care to give me a hand?”
“Of course...Coming.”
“Okay, everyone...Choose a partner of your own choice.” announced Alcazar as all the boys and girls quickly choose a partner that they are most comfortable. Once they had done that Maxi as well as Yun-Sung passes the badge ID, nightstick, belt and radios to all the agents present with only a few remaining.
“Maxi, you and Sam will also join the patrol for tonight.”
“As you wish, sir.”
“Sir.”
“Good...Yun-Sung.”
“Aye, general!”
“You will be in the security room doing our internal security job and co-ordinate with my men.”
“Uh, of course, sir...I mean, general.”
“Good...I will liaise with the agents. Check in every half hour.”
Alcazar then picks up one of the left over radios and switches it on.
“I will be touch with all of the patrols...I will be on channel two. So, agents...If you will.”
At once, all the agents quickly turn on their radios as instructed and adjusts their radio frequency onto channel two.
“Radio check...One, two, three. Can you all hear my voice?”
“Aye aye, sir!”
“Good...Now let us organize where you would patrol.”
All the boys and girls then paid their utmost attention to General Alcazar as he personally assigns them of where they would be patrolling.
